Terrible service and won’t get your product

Cheap

I paid $250 for these and Apple can't even put a charger in the box. I'm sure they can make/acquire them for less than a dime but instead they expect us to buy them for $20. Once apple sucks us in with phones, watches, itunes, earbuds etc, they know we will keep buying and upgrading their gadgets, no matter how they treat us.
