The sound is wonderful no problem there only issue I have is that they fall out of your ears a lot.

The quality sound is amazing aldo the noise canceling but none of the tips make it fits properly in my ears

While I do like the features and size of these new AirPods, after using them for a few weeks, here is my review. 1- the sound quality could be MUCH better. My gosh, they're a trillion dollar company and should be able to afford a better quality sound. 2- the buds do fall out fairly easy in different situations. I noticed when sitting at a bar having a snack watching sports (as I was waiting for a plane); the chewing motion causes the buds to gradually work their way out.

They always feel like they're going to fall out but they don't. Sound is good for what I use them for.

I needed airpods for zoom and teams meetings. I called Best Buy and they made suggestions, I chose one and scheduled an instore appt. Everything went well and safety was top concern. I love my airpods so much that I purchased another paid for my son from the Dallas Best Buy, he also had a great experience.

I love the noise cancellation feature!! The only thing I don't like is that they do tend to fall off.

Good quality Apple product. Wireless charging is very handy. The volume level not as good as wired but sufficient.

I bought these AirPods as an attempt to upgrade from an Anker style that appears to be no longer made. Had I known what I would have to go through, I would have never purchased these. Despite taking excellent care of them, I have had to have Apple work on them multiple times, including replacing them. The sound will intermittently go out. One of the pods will not charge, but due to Apple’s minimalism, you will not know until you want to use them. The Bluetooth pop-up when you open the case to check the status doesn’t always show up. And one of the AirPods will just randomly die. When they do work, they’re… fine. Nothing special. They have always felt loose in my ears, but then I’ve never had any Apple headphone product that was comfortable. I’ve been using AirPods Pro for less than 18 months, and I have to say: if you’re looking for reliability, steer clear of these.

Although I personally liked the AirPod’s design (it always sits perfectly in my ears) the sound on the Pro is so good.

This is my first pair of AirPods ever. I've been blown away with how well they work and feel. I often forget I'm even wearing them. Battery life is good, recharged quickly and "pass through " or whatever the feature is called so you can listen to music and still hear what is going on around you is fantastic.

If you have the money and your staring at them Just buy them . I kept saying I did not need them because I have 3 pairs of Bose and jbls but there Bluetooth with wire behind your head . I don’t want to feel retro so I have the money and it’s for me so why not . Don’t be cheap to your self . Be cheap to others

Purchased as a gift for my son. He has had other brands of ear pods, but these have the best quality for listening.

So yeah after a failed attempt to get AirPod Pros refurbished on Amazon...just buy them full price (or if they're on sale) because it's just so much easier to deal with Apple if you have difficulty pairing, or in my case...the black part is adhering properly after refurbishing it....they are great ear pods

The AirPods Pro are much better than the original one's especially because of the noise cancelling feature.
