Weird fit, not really for my ears but great sound and wonderful value

Sound quality is great. I have issues with them slipping out occasionally. Overall, great product.

Reluctantly bought Airpods after Dre Beats went out. Airpods in No way replicate the bass or sound of beats. I regret buying them. They also don’t fit in my ear all that well, they often fall out while exercising and doing yard work. They are ok for sound, and they did pair really easily to other devices, but I wouldn’t buy them again. Especially for the cost.

Very handy to use with other Apple products. Once paired with one Apple product it will be automatically paired with other Apple product with the same Apple ID sign in; after paring, once you open the case, it will be automatically connected to the closest Apple product. Very smooth user experience

Sure there are better ear pods and better noise canceling, but they aren't Apple. If you're like me and have a Mac mini, iPad, iPhone you can't have anything else. Yeah they are expensive but you know, I really don't even think about it. Every one I know has a set, where they have a iPhone or Android

Sound was perfect including the noise cancellation. Kept having connection problems though.

I am a loyal Best Buy customer, so every birthday, fathers day my kids give me gift cards to BB. This time I purchased the AirPod pros. I had Sony previously. These work so much better and easier to connect to my iPhone or iPad. And yes I connect to desktop for zoom conference calls. Love them.

Purchased as a gift for an athletic child. They can jog without having to worry about them falling out.

My wife’s 95+ year old grandmother has difficulty hearing. As a result she hasn’t talked on the phone for years. By using the air pods she can use a cell phone just fine! She was like a little girl on Christmas morning! Surely that won’t work for everyone but we are glad they worked great for her!

OBSESSED! I absolutely love these earbuds. I was a little worried as the regular earbuds that come with an iPhone do not fit my ears the best. I received a pair of regular airpods as a gift, but I exchanged them and paid to upgrade to the Pro. Wish I would have purchased them sooner.

Great ear pods . I’ve upgraded from the regular apple EarPods to the ear pod pros . They are for my daughter. I get all my electronics from Best Buy ALWAYS . Never have any issues or problems . I Love Best Buy . From New York to Florida I will stay a loyal Best Buy customer....

i struggle with all headphones but defiantly loves these and the noise cancelling is amazing they are great
