I love Apple products I have everything Apple, but I have really small ears and even with the smallest piece I have a hard time keeping them in. But, the noise canceling works and is amazing just sucks for people with small ears.

Works great. Had to google how to work these as the instructions weren’t exact. Overall a great product. I’m a happy customer. Shipped before the estimated shipping date and arrive without any damage.

Air pods Pro work fine. The original purchase was made by my son Rustin Taylor and he also purchase a 2 or 4 yrs warranty with them. The upgrade to the Air pods was made by me, Larry Taylor. There need to be a conversion to a warranty on the new purchase. Please take care of that.

Air pods pro is such a better grade than the first version! the 1st generation did hurt my ears I exchanged them for the pros and I love them well worth the money!!

These have been my one essential for over two years now. Work seamlessly with my iPhone and Apple Watch. Siri hands free availability is a game changer at work.

Not bad but too expensive and I have a price match after purchasing the product and called to bestbuy for price match they said they need the link where I can see the price and I sent the link they said they will not accept all the website for price match

I bought them as a gift for my gf and she loved them! She said the sound was good, she loved the call quality but no matter what, they just would not stay in her ear. I’m a beats user, it’s wayyyyyy better in my opinion and still branded by APPLE!

I’m a runner, my son talked me into buying these AirPods Pro, now I wear them all the time. I convinced my friend to buy some, and she says they are perfect.

The store had a ton in stock - can’t say the rest of the store was good in stock. Best Buy really needs to evaluate the in stocks at the camelback AZ store. The headphones are good quality.

Best ear buds out there clear sound and don't know I have them on. Nice for music and phone calls and stay charged a long time.

These head phones were great when you first purchase but like every Apple product within time it doesn’t work the same. The blue tooth connection is delayed and might take time sometimes to connect. Overall, noise cancellation is nice

I used them for work to answer phone calls and they work great for that. I did have to buy different ear tips from a third party. The ones apple have made the AirPods keep falling.

My wife loves it and it’s great upgrade from the regular AirPods! Easy to setup and wireless charging. They also stay in your ear no matter how much move unlike the earlier versions of these headphones.

Do not seem to reduce noise as much as over the ear, but seem clear when receiving calls-also tested on who they sound on the phone side and they were clear-just a bit of background noise on both ends.

This device is helping me to avoid staying seated in front of my computer for long periods of time. I could download Microsoft teams in my iPhone and now I am able to walk during my meetings.

I bought these after the first generation and I must say I prefer the previous ones. These do not stay in my ear like the first ones and constantly fall out my ear. The quality and duration is great just doesn’t fit my ears.

I did not like these headphones at all. The biggest issue is they fall out of my ears so easily. Previously I had iPods. While they are very convenient, they are useless in a noisy setting like walking down the street or on the subway. I then purchased the Sony WF-1000XM3. The sound and noise canceling are far superior to the air pods. I bought them refurbished and unfortunately I have occasional problems with connectivity when moving. But even with the problems, they are far better than the Apple product. I have an Apple iPhone 8 Thanks to BestBuy for letting me return them. This is why I only buy from you. Great Customer Service.

They're great and even have noise canceling which causes a suction feeling. It's not the best for noise canceling but gets the job done. They also come with replaceable ear cushions and a smaller size just in case the large ones don't fit. Overall great little headphones with a small case.
