I absolutely love Best Buy for all their electronics but mostly for the treatment I get when I’m there they make me feel like family, for that I am very appreciative

I love my new Apple Airpods they are soo convenient and helpful, I use them all the time I am super happy I purchased them I recommend you get some as well you won't regret it.

Music is good, one ear talking is annoying. For conference calls i prefer old airpods. One ear talking with noise canceling is very tiring. I switch back and forth between one headphone all day and old AirPods and prefer them.

I originally bought the Bose but when i got a phone call all the sound came from the right earbud only. It was hard to hear. So I returned the Bose and got the AirPod Pros and I love them!

Somehow one of my airpods did not work. I called Best Buy and then they shipped another pair to me. It worked excellent. I love it now.

Apple AirPods Pro are simply the best wireless air-bud on the market! Buying these through Best Buy was awesome and easy. Drove up, called the number and they brought them to my car.

I've had AirPods since the beginning. I use them almost daily. When the pros were announced I was skeptical, but now I'm not. Only bluetooth headset I own, and I love them. Wish I had upgraded sooner!

I’m very happy with this purchase cuz it doesn’t slip out of my ears and when you put it on, it automatically connects you to Bluetooth unlike other gadgets wherein you have to be connected

MY BOYS ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEIR NEW AIRPOD PROS. THE NOISE REDUCTION FEATURE IS AWESOME AND THEY REALLY LIKE THAT THEY CAN CHOOSE WHICH SIZE EAR PIECE THEY WANT TO USE.

Sounds was ok, case was great, easy to use. No matter which ear tips I used they eventually would come out or lose the seal. Paired perfectly to my iPhone but could not keep because they would not stay in.

Better than i thought they would turn out to be! these features make it so worth it. I thought “I’d be paying too much” but they were in sale and turned out to be a steal

Very comfortable and in different sizes to adjust in your ear. Recently went on a plane with a crying child, put my airbud’s back on and couldn’t hear her anymore.

Awesome. Not everyone’s ears are created equal so it does take some experimenting to get the right fit for each ear. Love the charging case.

I bought this at Best Buy because I have a pair that I bought at the Apple store. I’m gave this to my daughter for her 30th birthday. I love them that’s why I bought my daughter a pair

Overall was a great buy. The store did price match for me without any issues. Getting the best price was most important. In and out the store with the purchase less than 10 minutes
