Well my husband has these AirPods and he loves it. The only problem is that it keeps connecting to other iPhones which is so annoying!

I gave it a 4 star only bc I can’t do earbuds so I returned them. But do not get me wrong these are perfect for someone who doesn’t mind earbuds! I love the extra charging case. The price was great as well 190$. I love how they voice note your text message.

I love my AirPods Pro but have had issues with each of the AirPods. I contacted Apple and they replaced each (on different occasions). If I have issues again will probably go back to my older AirPods. I cannot say enough good things about Apple customer service. Very helpful.

Top of the line product at a very affordable price. As expected Apple is offering a great product with these AirPods and Best Buy delivers at a very affordable price.

These headphones were amazing when I first got them, but Apple released and update for them. The headphones update automatically whenever you’re charging them inside the case and charging the case as well. After the update, the headphones aren’t as loud as bey originally were.

They have a great sound but they do not stay in your ears! They fall out constantly especially if I want to take a jog or run. I've tried all the different size cushions that come with it and none of them work!

Would give 5 stars but am experiencing problem with clicking/static noise that is a known issue with AirPod’s. Took into the Apple store but they said it’s not covered under their free replacement policy for this issue

They are very useful, I love the features that are on the iPods, like the pause feature when removing a bud. I especially love the ability to ride my bicycle and listen to music.

Love love love this product! Apple did a great job with the design of these headphones. I love the features they have and that they are waterproof! Highly recommend.

Great for the gym, running and any of your conversational needs. They come with different size earbuds in the box which is very convenient. Overall great headphones!

Love my airbuds, I am able to do runs and talk with my sister or just listen to music without problems with connections and the wire getting caught as i run.

Some of the features were nice but personally liked the fit of the original AirPods better. Besides the noise cancelling part, didn’t notice much of a sound difference myself. Returned.

Personally for me this is the second pair of air pods I bought and I’m very disappointed in them. I didn’t like the first pair I bought because no matter what I did they just didn’t stay in my ears right. Everyone I spoke to said get the new ones they are way better fitting, etc Nope I spent all that money for nothing, I rarely use them. I know if they actually stayed in my ears or fit right I would love them. It wasn’t Best Buy’s fault, the product is great for some people, but not EVERYONES ears are the same.

I purchased these AirPods for myself but unfortunately they do not stay in my ears so I gave them away as a gift & I am told that it was the best gift ever!!!!

What i like most about the AirPods Pro, is the ability for the Bluetooth to connect quickly and the fact that it keeps memory of previously paired devices to connect right away.

Too expensive. But isn't everything these days? They work very well, especially with my Dragon Naturally Speaking dictation software. The only glitch is they sometimes are sluggish switching between devices or automatically switch without me wanting them to. I am glad I invested in them.

I’m order AirPods from 12/04. But until today I’m not get it and I’m call back to check and they said it will be send out again and I’m will get it February the 7. You know that gift for Christmas but the holidays is over. What do you think about that, they need to do the credit for me little bit.

I absolutely love them. The right AirPod fell into a bucket of water and it still works perfectly fine. Recommend 10/10 you definitely get your money's worth.

Loved Them! The sound was great! Much better than the regular airpods. But ultimately they wouldn’t fit in my ears. I could run with the others ones, no problem. With these, I tried every size and they wouldn’t. Had to return them.

Having used them for almost a month my only real complaint is the battery life is short. Yes the charge quick but it would still be nice to get another hour out of them.
