After one month of using the AirPods Pro, I have no complaint. It does everything it suppose to do. Hope it will continue to perform well, satisfied with this product.

Best Buy delivered on their promise to have these Apple AirPods Pro before Christmas for our grandson. Apple didn't even have these, so Best Buy came thru. Thanks for great service.

Love these the only problem I had was the buds which I switched to some memory foam ones and that solved my issue of them falling out.

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend. He wanted newer ones and he loves these. He says they fit much more comfortable than the version before these.

Great in every way. I use these for work and they’re amazing. My ears are hella big so I had to get some accessories to support them. Noise cancellation is okay.

So far so good. The best feature in my opinion is the transparency feature. It allows you to hear your surrounds while you are on the phone or listening to music.

Not the best ones but good. I would still but the beats instead of this ones. Of course everything has pros and cons. This devices they don’t tend to get as warm as the beats considering the sizes but I feel like this ones tend to mail fictions a lot.

These AirPods are great! But recently I’ve noticed sometimes they don’t connect properly then I have to put the AirPod back in the case then pull it out again to connect not sure what caused that problem it other than that no problems or complaints

These are amazing. I would highly recommend them. The older AirPods were uncomfortable inside the ears but these are the complete opposite. Great design change. I’m very pleased.

Excellent quality and the ease of getting these shipped directly to the house was amazing. Very happy with the ear buds and the process of getting them!

I needed these for work and they've worked great. I normally don't use ear buds because they don't stay in my ears. But I've never had a problem with these.

Love the new version. Not as sleek looking or as comfortable, but they do feel more secure. I got these because I lost one from the original series riding my bike and I feel like these are more secure in the ear. They just don’t feel as comfortable when in-ear after a while.

Bought these for my son. He's tried every brand under the sun. Always comes back to AirPods. Now with the Pros, I think he's settled on his favorite!

I put off getting airpods to wait for these to get out and they are great for commuting and being outside a lot. Very versatile. Do recommend a case as keys scratch the case easily.

Loving my new AirPod Pros - using them primarily for working from home. Able to have my Zoom calls with great audio clarity and without distractions from everyone else in my house. The original size fell out of my ear but they provided multiple rubber nubs to adjust.

The AirPods were a gift to my mom, and she absolutely LOVES her new headphones. Definitely coming back to Best Buy soon to grab a pair for a dad as well.
