As all Apple products these were great. Shipping was free and fast. The only way to shop and buy!

Fit test and setup was easy. No problems changing AirPod tips. Controls are easy to master. Music quality good for buds, not comparable to a set of cans for home use. Noice cancellation disappointing and potential cause for return. Unless music is up fairly high the noise cancellation is all but useless. I’m used to high quality (and significantly more expensive) noise isolating buds with foam tips. A baby screaming next to me on a plane could not be heard if music or white noise app was set to a reasonable (this is subjective) level. Do not like cans for travel due to bulk but I travel light.

Great product! Only thing is the silicon ear pieces can sometimes come out, but they did include smaller ones!

SOOOO disappointed in Apple! I have had these less than 18 months and rarely used them. The left one is saddled with a ear-piercing hum which them useless, even as a paperweight. Since they are out of warranty, I bought some JBLs for $20. Built in charger and the sound quality is better than the AirPods.

These earbuds are awesome. Great features, small form factor. If you have an IPhone, these are a must.

Purchased these Pro's after returning standard AirPods since they wouldn't connect with iPhone

I tried the sonys’ earbuds before, although the price are similar, this earbuds is much more comfortable than that one.
