It is terrific that there are multiple modes...can completely block out external noise...or let it in if I want to.

You won’t be disappointed with your purchase. They do their job. My only issue is they don’t stay in my ear I’ve used all the size inserts and nothing works. I’m afraid I will lose them one day.

Would not recommend for people with Small or sensitive ears. The regular airpods sound better than the pro. The best feature is the noise cancelation.

I have enjoyed my AirPods Pro very much. Only one issue. The tips keep coming off when I take them out of my ear.

Product sounds great, worked well until 6 months later. Only one airpod works and I did not get it wet or do anything to it.

I am overall happy after having them. They do tend to loosen over time and have constantly readjust to stay secure in my ear. I have changed between all ear tips to ensure I have the best fit.
