Cons : • Very Expensive • Battery life: I got an avg of 2 hrs of use. Even Apple testing was on the low end if you don’t include the charging case comparing to other buds. I use it for working out, it lasted 9 mins in the sauna or any higher temp environment, so the heat will deduce the battery life by close to 80%. But my $35 wireless earbuds last up to 60mins without any issue • Voice to Text - if you get a text, the volume will drop so you really can’t hear it. Even if you change the setting,( custom setting by default ) • Phone conversation with the earbud was OK • Controls - some delay when using the controls Pros : • Fits well • Easy connection to iPhone ( I have the 12 MAX Pro) In the end, I return the buds and I am using my $35 bud ones.

Battery time should last longer than it does. Earbuds dies ti quick expected better quality from Apple.

Recommend to everyone. These are great little buds.

Purchased ear pods for my daughter she’s loves them

These are a first for my husband. He loves them. He’s never used an IPhone or earbuds. Now he can’t get by without them.

The best quality to make phone calls and best design

I bought the pro because regular earbuds don’t fit my ear, but for some reason these AirPods won’t stick in my ear and would fall out constantly. The noise cancelation is pretty cool and I’m not sure if it’s just my AirPods but when I’m using it I can’t FaceTime and it was pretty pricy.

I feel like I can’t hear correctly sometimes but I liked that they were brand new and clean no damages
