These AirPods are amazing when I got them they came 2 days later and everything went smooth,

Everything is great, but they don’t stay in. None of the tips work good enough. Returning just because of this.

Difficult for me to keep it plugged into my ears. Was significantly inconvenient. Gave up on using it. Shelved it, then batteries were essentially dead when I tried it again. Bought the latest model later with lots of bells-and-wireles. Working real good all around!

Lost the charger at the parking lot of 24 hour fitness. So sad! Maybe you could replace it.

Product is good and have ordered many items from Best Buy. The customer service is excellent.

Purchased these to work from home. The AirPods sound great but I sure wish the batteries lasted longer.

I like the simplicity and the fact that they’re sleek. Quality wise they are ok but hey it’s Apple.

Have had these for a year now. They are great as they were very easy to pair and are always ready and connected when I pull them out of the case. Only issue is after an update I have had a crackling sound on the right air pod. Case gets pretty dirty on the inside due to the magnetic clasp mechanism attracting dirt and grime to the edges.

as advertised sound very good but best of all work flawlessly with all my apple products fit could be better

I really tried to like these, but couldn't do it. They never "fit" right. I tried all the different sizes, but still would regularly pop out. I have a set of Jabra true wireless and those fit perfect (use for working out) so it's not that I have an odd shaped ear that won't hold a wireless earbud with rubber fittings. Returned and purchased the original version.

Sometimes they don't connect as fast as the previous model did. Other than that, they are very good.

Good product seems to work fine so far as well as the price is ok, kids love it for gaming

Other headphones have better noise cancellation for less money but not as good compatibility with iPhone.

Excellent product in form and function I just wish the carry charging case was better built.

They are great for business, but fall out of my ear ALOT so I can't utilize them for working out. :(
