The merchandise itself is Wonderful! However I purchased it tax free weekend and even tho I was told it would be tax exempt because i was getting them to go along with my MacBook they were not! So I was less than pleased with that aspect of my transaction! That and I also have received zero points for the transaction

Purchased for Christmas for my girlfriend, she absolutely loves them. I'm not an apple guy, so...

The sound is good overall, however the battery last for a very short period of time and it disconnects very easily. Has trouble with the mic for people to hear you and sometimes even if your Bluetooth is connected you can’t hear when some calls and have to turn your Bluetooth on and off in order for the air pods to work properly

They send 3 sizes of cushions to go in the ear but the body itself did not change size from the originals.

This item is very expensive but functions very well with the iPhone. Needs more fitting options.

Not a miracle in audio like marketing promises but really decent for what they are.

I bought this Apple product on the recommendation of the salesperson. He had no idea I have never used an Apple product so I did not know that instructions are hidden -- found them after trying to understand what to do after 3 weeks and my Android doesn't display battery power (or I haven't cracked the code). Time will tell if they live up to the hype.

I know it’s Apple product but the price is too expensive.

Great product, even if it doesn't fit my ears perfectly. I may try a 3rd party ear piece

I bought these thinking they would have better sound than the Air Pods. I was wrong. No only is the sound very 'thin', it doesn't get very loud. Also, for all of you Android folks, I could not get these to work while making phone calls. The Air Pods sound quality is much better and they are more Android friendly......and cost a lot less money. I exchanged mine.

I love my new pods. Took me a minute to get use to them by I’m in love with them now

The airbuds was working fine I just wish they would last longer battery life

Works great! Sometimes it disconnects from my iPhone 11 Max Pro and I connect it right back.
