i was so excited to get these because my manager was telling me about the features and they literally fall out my ears every two seconds it’s horrible !!! But the noise canceling is amazing but it’s hard to enjoy when the headphones are popping out

Love these so much — not sure what I did without them.

nice, but not that impressive, sometimes the pods falls down while running.

It's working fine but better off with regular airpods

They are nice, my problem is for the first weeks so far my AirPods Pro just go in and out. And then wouldn’t pair. I ended up forgetting device 3 times and last couple days they haven’t done it again.. prayers moving forward it doesn’t go back.. (on same note, my first gen AirPods did same thing)...

Not as good as over the ear noise cancelling but great for travel

They work but aren’t the most comfortable. Plan to buy accessories

It's working great and I recommend this product. As usual it's a apple product.

Apple AirPods are a great product although I wished they came in other colors.

Little difficult getting right fit but seem to be working well

My issue is they fall out of my ears to easily. Tried all attachments included and they didn’t work. Had to buy something to attach to the pods to prevent them from falling out and losing one and I’m just as work or walking around not working out etc. Everything else about them is great.

The AirPods are ok, i thought they would be more comfy because of the difference in the ear piece but I prefer the other style. This one I can only use the right ear because the left one keeps falling out. I switched the little plastic thing to different sizes and it continues to fall out.

They are essential to My every day Routine they make things a lot easier

I really wanted to love these. I have been happy with my original AirPods and thought these would be a nice upgrade. I really wanted noise canceling in a wireless earbud. I gave it a couple weeks but I kept having issues with poor fitment (bad seal) which made the noise canceling feature pretty useless. Kept having to readjust the and tried two different tip sizes. I liked the sound quality while they stayed put but could not make them work, especially for the price. Have heard others say the exact same. Best Buy made it easy and painless to return for a full refund.

Works fine and is very loud. I would highly recommended this airpod
