Loved the product for the 3 days that they worked . Left earpod failed to work after only 3 days. Attempted to exchange for a new set and store did not have them in stock and would not guarantee a new set when in stock. Will not purchase Apple products from BestBuy again. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Great product. Occasionally disconnects but putting it back in the case fixed it.

Generic and not the best sound compared to my husband's Samsung earbuds

Very good quality, very comfortable, sound clarity is awesome

Make sure you’re aware of the top flipping open especially if you choose to use an aftermarket case. I lost an earbud and was disappointed. I also could not find of the fittings available, one that sat securely in my ear without the possibility of wiggling to the point of being able to fall out of my ears.

I wasn't pretty sure if this would be the best sound quality and it isn't. It is very flat on medium and high tones. I would choose Bose any day for that matter. But then again, it has it's advantage. - ANC (3 star quality) - Microphone clarity (pretty good, no one complained yet) - sleek - no pain wear for hours

It's a great quality sound. Very comfortable. Whish they came in different colors

Good head phones but sometimes they fall out of my ear.

Just hate that they fall out your ear sometimes when working out.

Had to take the 1st pair back as on ear bud didn't work. New pairs works great.
