I like excellent item I recommend to my friends to Best Buy

Value for money. This is a great buy. I love it !!

It’s good but there are cheaper options available with jabra and others

I like them but they won’t stay in my ears very well.

So they are ok... mediocre. Sometimes people tell me they hear crackling on other end. Battery life is quite bad... but they charge super fast. Sometimes the noise cancelling sort of hurts my ear drums from pressure that the unit applies inside. So if there is a loud thud and it tries to cancel it... it sort does some kind of compensation and applies pressure. Kind of uncomfortable. They def fall out of your ears. Constantly jamming them back in. My personally feeling the button on them is a pain. So slight and hard to hit. If you are looking for music to listen to with these... thy totally blow for music quality. Unless you dont really care about quality of sound then go for it... but they totally suck for that. I am not returning them because i use them at my desk and they are sort of good enough. But apple could do much better.

Your paying for the brand name. Not sure their worth the price.

Upgraded from 1st gen and it took a bit to get use to the feeling of them.
