Good design but unreliable connectivity and battery. I had one of the AirPods replaced due to sudden loss of bluetooth connection and drop in battery levels. Great idea by Apple but comes with typical first generation product issues

They are great for listening to music, terrible for talking on the phone, or working out. They tend to muffle while talking on the phone. They cut out while working out jump roping or other strenuous activities.

Purchased these for conference calls while working at home. Would most likely purchase a wireless headset if I had to do it all over again. Constantly fighting with the earbuds to keep them in my ears. Not very comfortable.

I tried echo buds and air pods pro for a few days. And I liked the echo buds better. On sound quality after adjusting the equalizer in the Alex app the echo buds sounded better than the AirPods Pro. I can control all of my music services with Alex I use SiriusXM, I Heart Radio, Pandora. Just tell Alex which service and what channel and Alex will open it. Control volume with your voice. You can do so much more with echo buds at half the price of air pods pro. I actually got the echo buds on sale for $89.99. The sound quality is equal for a lot less money.

They won’t stay in my ears when I workout, mainly running…. They don’t last long and I received a message about battery life and not charging all the way up to preserve the battery… sounds like a piece of junk to me

The only negative thing I have to say about it is the fit. While it generally will stay in my ear, Apple changed from a tap to a pinch feature on the AirPods and sometimes trying to adjust them will mess with what is playing. ie pauses a song etc

Bought these on sale because of reviews from friends. Could really take them or leave them. Not earth shattering. Easily fall out of ears. The left one never has the same charge as the right. On a positive note they charge quickly.

I've had to return the airpods twice within less than 2 weeks, the first time was because one of the airpods started making a horrible noise when I would take it out of its case, and also when I would use noise cancelling. The 2nd time was when the airpods would automatically disconnect in less than 2 minutes. I experimented trying to fix it myself because im not a picky person, but no matter what it would disconnect so I had to return them, then the best buy employees said that if I did it again that they would just refuse to take them back and/or giving me a refund, so I had to cough up 30 dollars for apple care just in case they mess up again.

I'm sure a lot of people love this, but I returned the pro and exchanged it for a 3rd gen. My ears are prob too small for the buds, and I hate the noise-canceling feeling.

I am so disappointed with these. The second generation AirPods were better than these. They constantly fall out of my ears or I am constantly repositioning them in my ears. None of the interchangeable ear cushions make the fit any better.

Battery life is terrible. Getting 3-3.5hrs max. I’ve tried all 3 ear piece sizes, yet they Keep falling off my ears. Had to purchase the added earpiece add ons like Bose but not practical because can’t charge while the add on are in place.

Not at all an issue with Best Buy other than I couldn’t exchange them because of supply issue from Apple. I had to send the earbuds back to Apple and wait for replacements but now they work great. Pair seamlessly to all my Apple products

I gave them a three star because I’m always feeling like they are falling out of my ear and I have to keep adjusting them. I prefer the originals better. I might return them and go back to the regular AirPods.

I already head 2 time . This airport pro. This is a second one and that was a Crap Peace . Charging battery is not working last 4 hours i plug a AirPods but is still 1% . WHAT man .

Im a Lil worry about if they are fake or not. Cause the bag that yall put inside to protector the airpods pro box was open... do I can go to a near best buy atore and check it if they are authentic? I paid 280$ for it..

They are okay. Honestly over priced, uncomfortable and always fall out of my ears. I should have returned these and gotten the other air pods which are way better.

I was not impressed with these at all, unfortunately. They would not stay in my ears while I exercised. Maybe I have weird ears, idk, but they didn’t work for me. I love apple but these were a miss.

these were great until they stopped pairing and apple required me to ship them for repair at exactly 1 year and 3 months, so just a bit out of warranty. These are clearly not robust. They were in a case from week 1.

I actually returned them and got the original 1st gen. They just felt too big and bulky and where not comfortable at all. Besides, I have teh feeling that the "rubber" part of it will get nasty overtime.

The sound is great however these will not stay in my ears and I have tried all three sizes. Very annoying. I wouldn’t recommend these. The previous EarPods were much better.
