The Pods worked good for a month or so. The Left side began to have a crackling noise and then static. Because of Covid I was unable to go directly to the Store and opted to go thru AppleCare customer service to request a replacement (Be sure and spend extra for extended warranty). The replacement part they sent me worked ok for a week or so, but now I notice it will not take a charge using the charging case. When I received, it was shipped to me in a cheap box, unlike the original box it came in that has a quality look. Now that Apple has opened stores, again I will be returning the inferior replacement Pod. I'm just totally disappointed of the quality this set came out to be, especially the replacement part that is possibly from a Third Party vendor used. Apple may want to consider helping out the consumer more so than the investors seeking maximum profit since we are the ones that buy the products.

Sound quality is pretty good and so it the noise cancelling option. The bit problem is that they do t stay in you ear and fall off really easy. If I could I would not buy them again.

They hurt my ears. I really like the original style. I just wished they were sweat proof. I tried these cause they were but they were not comfortable for my ears. My wife loves them. I also prefer the tap ability of the original.

I didn’t really like these compared to the regular airpods. They wouldn’t stay in my ear and kept falling out and I didn’t like that you had to press the button to answer the phone or swap calls, so I returned them.

Does not stay in. Quality is average. Not impressed. Had to order from amazon attachment to help keep them in. Should of went with a cheaper brand for the wireless. 3 stars because they were easy to pair with various devices.

They’re just alright. I thought they would sound louder than they sound and sometimes when on the phone the other party can’t hear me clearly. I could have kept the regular AirPods I already had.

I’m disappointed but I like it. I’m disappointed because I was told they usually last up to 12 hours after they’re fully charged, but that’s not true. I like it because they’re comfortable with good quality.

Sounds great for a little while, but after a year there is so much distortion in noise canceling mode that I can make a call for use while exercising

Bought them as a gift for my wife. They worked well for a while, and then started to have problems with them. Left headphone not working. I have reset the head phones numerous times. The problem seems to come and go.

AirPods Pro is a great product. I Purchased these for my son for his birthday, he is 14 years old. He absolutely loved him. Unfortunately, they have been permanently miss placed or were stolen from someone at school or my highschoolers friends coming over to the house. They lasted almost 30 days. Anyway, it would be nice if there was a way to customize them And give each one a unique serial number and or a way to track them. My 14-year-old might painfully be purchasing another pair of these, however I won’t be purchasing another pair.

Item was purchased for my wife. She initially liked them but had issues with them staying in her ears. Also, the noise cancellation did noy work as well as advertised. Item was returned.

They did the job but just wasn’t overalled impressed. They only came in white and playing music wasn’t loud enough for me. There’s no app to make any adjustments to it. Just wasn’t the right fit for me

Got it for my daughter to replace her previous Air Pods that stopped working .. I would have purchased another one but she wanted these .. the previous set cost way too much for it to only last less than 2 years.

These new Airpods Pro are not what I expected. They just pop out of my ear and I have changed the inserts to my ear size so many times. The have just popped out while I'm driving and that's dangerous!

I really wanted these to work. The sound, battery life all good. They will not!!!!!!!!! Stay in your ears. Apple should be ashamed.

Honestly, I expected to love these after “upgrading” from AirPods 2. Not really a big fan. They don’t stay in my ear as well, and the sound is not much different. Wish I had stuck with the non-pro version

When I pause the music it doesn’t always come back on when I un pause them. When I take one out of my ear and then put it back it doesn’t always start to play my music. One time the left one didn’t work while the right one did.

The noise cancelling is great; sound quality is solid, but the battery life is horrible. Working from home these cannot get you through a full work day.

I do not like how they fit on the inside of the case. I carry them on a key chain on my belt, if I tap anything, the case opens and the AirPods fall out. I have dropped them many times.

great purchase. But, would've been amazing if the airpods actually fit :( owned for a few days, had to exchange for lower model, that actually stayed in my ears...
