I have the old AirPods and wanted the upgrade. Did not work properly in my ears. The music or what ever kept stopping. Gave them to my son and he is happy with them. I guess you need to have a certain type of ear.

I do not like on noise canceling people can hear the stuff around me when I’m talking to them I don’t like the fact that there’s no button to push Pause fast forward rewind skip ahead and volume

I bought these because of the extra cushioning and tried all 3 ear bud cushion sizes and they do not fit in my ear properly. I smile or laugh while wearing them and they wiggle out. So would I buy these again? Not really.

While I loved them while they worked. They had great sound. However, both of the airpods died less than a month after the 1 year warranty expired. Apple wants $89 each to repair them. So $180 to get them fixed. You can buy a new set for $200. But, I wouldn't after this. It seems clear they were designed to fail. Look up airpod whistling to learn more about the problem and that many people have experienced it.

It’s probably not the ear buds. It’s probably me. But my right ear bud will not stay in my ear. No matter what rubber piece I use. They are just ok. I actually prefer wired headphones.

These are as good as the last generation. Sound quality is mediocre but that is very subjective. I cannot get my right ear to hold the right bud in (regardless of ear tips). Noise cancellation works, but is average at best.

I had these for a week and loved the sound quality. My ears are really small so they fell out whenever I yawned and ate food. I returned them because I was afraid of losing them.

The earpiece doesn’t cancel noise and I was told it did and it falls out of my ear so I’m afraid I’m going to lose it and I can never turn it off when I’m finished with my call phone call

At first these were awesome. After a few uses the noise cancelation stopped and it was a pain to get them to do it again. AfTer a few min in my ears they hurt so bad I had to take them out. Original AirPods fit me better :-/

I bought these thinking they would be more comfortable than the regular AirPods, but their not. I have tried all three different tips and none of them fit my ears correct. They just keep falling off

Apple claims I think they are universal fit. They are not. My ear canal must start too deep lol, as I can not get the ear bud to hold into it. Otherwise I'm sure these would be great. But make sure they fit YOU!

Horrible fit. They kept slipping out of ears. Sound quality was good but for $250 you’d expect Apple to have a better design to keep them from sliding out of ears.

The headphones are great but when answer calls is bad. You have to disconnect and connect sometimes for it to work. I thought it was just me but realize others was having the same problem

Well I loved my airpods until for some reason my left airpod pro went out… :( I have to get this fixed and I am sure they will fix it for me and then and would leave another follow up review.

These are a no go for me they are not comfortable at all I like the first generation better not worth the price definitely wouldn’t recommend these to no one

I don't understand the hype. I do like that they block out background noise but they constantly fall out. Not recommended for working out.

These were good but not for working out, which was what I purchased them for. They don't really stay in the ear during my runs. I returned them and bought Beats earpods.

I really like these air pods with noice canceling. I just don’t like the longevity or lack there of the amount of usage per charge. I wish that use time was longer or charger was faster.

I liked better the previous version (not the pros). These ones feel like they’re gonna fall all the time, so not good for exercising at all. For the gym there barely ok, and for running a pain.

The ear bud is too big for my small ears. I tried using them but it kept falling off my ear. After I still kept using them because I wanted to keep them. But it gave me ear pain sadly. I couldn’t use them any more.
