The sound quality is good while the noise cancellation OK. Bluetooth to PC laptops is buggy (flawless to iPhone though). Would look at the Sony earbuds more closely.

These are okay. I was attempting to buy a different brand but the sales guy talked me into these. They continuously fall out of my ears. I hate that.

For $100 less you can have the surperior Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro. But if you must have apple pods, like my wife, then you must pay the apple price.

i upgraded to the airpod pros and needless to say it wasnt worth the extra $$ for the upgrade. if you have the previous generation stick to those.

Mine might be defective, I don’t hear the popping noise when I put them in so they can adjust and the noise canceling isn’t that great either

There not as good as the frost set I bought when they came out.. I think these would be good for working out but not worth the over 300 dollars I paid for them..

Bought this item with warranty and when it came in had a little bit of metallic sound to it brought it into Best Buy store the guy said he couldn’t change it out cause it has a digit difference so it might not be the same since I have been working a lot I haven't had the time to bring it to another store but will do so since that sound is annoying haven’t bought anything since then and might not from beat but because of this experience

Waited over 2 months for them to arrive but other than that they’re pretty nice don’t really like the Rubber ear piece they fall out too easily

I love the airpod pros! They are amazing. I only which they had a feature to adjust the volume so I’m not yelling at Siri in the gym!

Not really satisfied. I had used so many headphones and this sound quality compare to 100 bucks earbud sadly say I spent more then 200 .

Volume is a problem you can be listening to much on a lower volume and out of know where it turns up to max hurting my ears

The suction pieces that go in your ear start to hurt your ear after having them in 2-3 hours. I wear them at work. The originals were better. Stick to the other AirPods.

I upgraded from the previous air pods because one stopped functioning. In less than a month I lost one of my new AirPod Pros, and had to pay $90 to replace it.

I upgraded from original and I am not impressed. They won't stay in my ear like the old ones did. I have tried all the different sizes of buds and no luck.

Initially loved these air pod pros. After 3 months the noise canceling doesn’t work anymore. Hoping they will stand behind their products.

First pair had screech in right earpiece. Took back to Best Buy to exchange. Exchange went smoothly. We see if the issue occurs with the new pair.

Sound is pretty good, but if you’re buying them to workout with? Do not get them. They do NOT stay in.

Have enjoyed the iPods the only problem with them is they have a tendency to fall out off my ear. Otherwise I think they are a great Buy

People can not Hear you when you talk they are really good for hearing music thow
