Love them, except they fall out of my ear unlike the regular AirPods. But my buddy at work says they stay in his ear just fine. I guess I just have smaller ears.

Very wary of this product. it’s now November and had issue with syncing going to take them to Apple Store to see if they can fix them ver disappointed

They are a little over a year old and they left ear speaker is crackly and they keep dropping connection.

Sound the same, if not a little worse then the original AirPods. Noise cancelling isn’t anything compared to headphone noise cancelling. Over priced and just a fad.

Alittle bit bulkier than I thought. Didn’t really fit the application, but are nice. Not good for riding in a motorcycle. Too much distortion

I actually miss my regular Air Pods. The Pro’s seem to have a shorter rechargeable life. Snd they really don’t fit any better than the others.

Not for ALL ears. I had to return these because I have small ears, The airpods kept falling out of my ears on their own, especially during exercises

Connection is worse than old airpods. Seems to be a pretty large delay. Also the battery life does not seem much better than my old airpods either.

Too expensive and battery life is not that great. They also slip out of your ears very easily. I would not recommend this product, especially after paying $300.

They are excellent for speaking over the phone and being connected to your iPhone if you are standing still or walking at a slower pace. If you are doing any type of bending over, house cleaning, or other activities to require a lot of movement, the air pods constantly fall out of your ears. I lost one of them that fell down inside a car motor while I was bent over looking under the hood. It was un-retrievable and I permanently lost it.

Love the features and functionality but they don’t work for my ears. Nothing abnormal about my ears either but they fall out after a few minutes walking around

I love all apple products but I do not like the fact that this falls out your ear. I keep them at home because they cost too much to lose one of them.

They slip and fall out all the time. Yes, noise cancellation is cool but it’s not work it.

The product did not say that I would have to purchase a separate charger box for the I pod box to charge it . That's going to be another $20.00 .

These AirPods are a joke. I keep hearing cracklings noises. I am also experiencing dropping connection frequently when connected to my Mac. I visited Geek Squad for the cracklings noises and they run a test on the AirPods and it came back good. Whatever test that you guys run isn’t working because I’m still experiencing the same issue. FYI, I went to the Apple store and got the right AirPod replaced; however, I’m still experiencing the same issues.

The sound is good, but they fall out of your ear when you bend your forward and down. Tried changing the size of the the insert and it did not help. Purchased 3rd party memory foam inserts and got some marginal improvement. My old AirPods stayed in my ear much more reliably then the new AirPod Pro. Very little confidence they will stay where the belong when in use.

Amazing for the features but the sound quality, and especially the build, feel like this should be priced closer to $150 or even $130.

I love my airpods pro, i just dislike that it doesn’t fit my ears as good, they start to hurt me after 20mims of use

I was really wanting to love this. I have the first generation and used them for hours each day, but now the battery life just doesn't last. The noise canceling is pretty neat, but the tips really irritate the inside of your ear canal after more than 30 minutes of use. Since I use this throughout the day for conference calls, I need something that is going to stay comfortable for longer use.
