Love the product after the ear pods were replaced with ones fully functional! The noise canceling feature did not work on original purchase.

Falls out of my ears once a while but other than that I love it. Though like many Apple products this is not worth the price in my opinion.

The sound is great everything is great except the fact that they don’t stay in my ear no matter what tips S M or L they still fall out after a while

meh. had the originals and these was no major difference. this is a case of Apple releasing whatever and their fanbase says its the best

They fall off while working out even though when I changed the 3 pads that comes with it. I was expecting way more than this for an apple product.

Air Pros were not secure in ear. Switched out the size of the cushions and i’d walk and it would slowly slip out. Purchased the 1st Gen. instead.

I had the original pair of AirPods and wanted to try these when the others went out. I have tried every ear piece and none fit right for me.

I bought these and at first loved them, but after about a week of wearing them for about an hour a day they were uncomfortable for me. I tried changing the different sized fittings, but none seemed to feel right. I returned them and got just the regular AirPods and have been very happy with them. I know other people have tried the AirPod Pro's and liked them, and I also really wanted to like them, but in the end they weren't a good fit for me personally.

The first Gen of the noise canceling air pods were awesome. Great noise canceling and great background noise canceling. I bought this new pair due to losing my other pair. The noise canceling is roughly half the quality and the background noise reduction is a fraction of the original pair. Spoke to Best Buy about it and their response was, “Ya, we’ve heard that complaint a lot”. Would not purchase these again.

They were great for about 3 months and then started rattling inside both earbuds. Do not go deep enough in eat and slip out constantly.

Some issues with connection for Android, don't think they are better then some of the other brands at comparable prices.

The sound is nice and they lock on to Bluetooth in a second but the fit is hard to Figure out keep popping out of my ears afraid I might lose one.

They are okay, but don’t really fit me ears. I’ve had them for less than a year and they are starting to malfunction.

Left airpod was messed up and had to take it back to the Apple store since Best Buy wouldn’t take it back over 15 days

Just over a year of use and my Right Airbud stop working. BB and Apple haven't been helpful in getting this fixed or replaced.

Not as happy with these as I thought I would be. They don't stay in my ears very well. Purchased the Bose and they are great.

They are a horrible fit. And they can get quite dirty quick. The sound is good.

Sound quality is ok, noise cancellation is ok, these kind of headphones are useless if it won’t stay in your ear. Forget using if you intend to move, walk or exercise, the will fall out and brake, or get stepped on. Overall, very disappointed w/ this poorly engineered design coming from an 10 year Apple guy where Apple typically has excellent engineering (iPhones/MacBook Pro, air, Apple TV). Don’t waste your money, go Bose.

I prefer the old AirPods than this pro. the earbuds keep annoying me and falling off. the sound qualify is so so. nothing excellent
