Bought many ear buds and this is average for sound and in a few weeks kept falling out of my ear. The jabra is 100% better for sound and comfort

the audio is good and everything but when i heard the mic sound didnt pass through and i could barely hear anything i said

This new version is lower in volume, I was expecting the same volume level or better for the new version.

I return them because it kept on falling off my right ear even after I change the ear tips. I went back to original Airpods.

I lost an earbud the first day! If u don’t lose your phone or your keys, they are perfect. Otherwise, don’t bother

I don’t care for the AirPod pro. They don’t stay in my ears I have tried switching the ear piece and they still fall out.

Bought these as a Christmas gift for my sister and they did not work out!! She complained that they kept falling out of her ears so I decided to try them out for a few days and the same thing happened to me! I tried the different fittings it came with but it did not work for me or my sister. I wanted to return them but Best Buy doesn’t accept returns after the 14th of Jan!! They were used less than a handful of times and I purchased them on the 23rd of Dec. The return policy is absolutely ridiculous and now I’m stuck with overpriced headphones that I can’t enjoy. Will never purchase electronics from Best Buy again, lesson learned!

The devices do not stay in your ear, they still fall out with bending, exercise etc......even after multiple changes of the ear cushions .

Says to click three times to skip back. It doesnt work. It keep going back to the beginning of the same song instead of going back to previous

I have been getting a lot of static and such. They are not to my liking. But no so bad with the sound when I listen to music.

Tips do not fit my ears - tried all sizes / multiple configurations but they do not stay in place regardless of being idle or in motion.

Overall they”re great but I researched after I bought them to find out many people had to purchase additional foam ear tips.

I find Bose lot better than Airpod's Pro. Not worth the price. If you are not Apple brand conscious don't waste your money on them.

They sounded fine but was lacking bass and volume went with Sennheiser Momentum 2 They blow these away

Sound quality isn’t much better then regular ear pods. Hard to use w my bug hands abs they always fall out my ear w little movement.

The drivers in these earbuds hurts by ear i really can't listen to them at all without having issues. The most i can listen to them for is about 1 minute before I feel like I'm going deff. However I do also have the powerbeats pro which I love just wish they were noise canceling so I'm not hating on apple or anything these just aren't for me.

The sound is great but they do not stay in the ear I returned them today. The old ones are way better

Love these EarPods, however my right one stated to have a crackling sound in less than 30 days. Will be returning and exchanging tomorrow.

Thought they were over priced I love apple but no did not suite its purpose

Wasn’t too excited about these. I prefer the regular AirPods. Too bulky & not a comfortable fit.
