AirPods work better than the AirPod pro. Earbuds constantly falling out of ears during workout and walking around house.

I’ve had my AirPods for less than a year and certain settings are no longer working. Also, my left pod barely works.

It works OK only in “OFF” mode. If you change it to “Noise canceling” it starts making cracking sound (in my case - right earbud).

They are ok. Not that easy to get a good fit. While using while talking on the phone the quality is inconsistent

They sound ok. For some reason the fit of the ear tips don’t work well with my ears. I have to use hooks from Amazon.

I wish I would have kept the regular AirPods because these are not really any better than those, they fall out my ears too!!!!

I actually bought the AirPods Pro at the Apple store over the weekend but was so impressed that I wanted to type up a first-hand review. My brother asked me to go with him to go buy a pair and I was planning on buying the previous version of AirPods but after learning about all of the improvements Apple has made to AirPods Pro I was sold! I can't attest as to whether or not the sound quality is better than the older version since I've never tried the older version but some of the features that I really like on the Pro include the shorter stems which give them a sleeker appearance, a 15 minute recharge time, transparency mode, and I love the fact that they come with three different sized rubber ear pieces for a snug fit in the ear. I've always been reluctant to buy the previous AirPods because the ear piece was composed of smooth plastic and was afraid they would fall out while jogging. The new AirPods Pro provide the best of everything in a small package. I highly recommend!

Falls out of my ear a lot but other than that it sounds great. At least when their in my ear.

We cannot get it to work with our Apple phone we have brought it back to Best Buy twice still does not work like advertised

These did not stay in my ears very well and I wasn't even running. Noise cancellation wasn't superb, either.

They’re ok. None of the ear things will stay in my ears when I run. But the white noise option is cool.

Not worth the money. Not meant for people with smaller ears. Best Buy and their “marketing” would not allow me to return within 30 days because I’m not a “Elite or Elite plus member.” Although all my Apple products are purchased from them. Very unsatisfied. Probably wouldn’t do business with them anymore.

I got them for the name, but my cordless beats are better. Battery, sound, everything. I use both now.

They are ok. Beats were better due to these don't like to stay in your ear. They fall out quite a bit.

These arent worth the price. The sound isn’t much better then the airpods. Also, the airpods are much louder then these airpod pros. So in reality, you are spending way more money just for noise cancelling. Plus, i cant seem to keep these things in my ears. Honestly, just stick with airpods. They are way cheaper and louder.
