I have had multiple problems with one pod especially the right one and I’ve had to return multiple times

Worst product I will never but again battery sucks

Good but didn’t like much and it was not fitting in earlobes as the 2nd generation pods. Need to return back to store.

I bought these because I thought they would be nice for my active life. I’m always walking, hiking or running. They seemed to work ok for walking but not for running. While running they kept moving and getting lose in my ears then eventually falling out. I was sad they didn’t work out because the sound quality was great.

Decent earplugs. Works well with iPhone, but greatly overpriced as the sound cancellation and isolation aren’t that great

only a year ago that I bought them and they already broke they do not load is money to the garbage

Their super nice for sure but wouldn't spend the 260 on them. Probably could find a pair of same quality for much cheaper.

Great for hands free and casual listening. Not great for working out. They just don't fit that category of headphones.

Sound quality average if you appreciate audio. Really does not compare to high-end earphones except the high price.

airpods are a must… thanks best buy for having them in stock and the decent price!

Had to return just hurt my inner ear too much. I guess I’m one of those people that don’t have to right ear to wear them.

lost 1 pod already case doesn’t stay closed. have to get replacement but other than that pretty good purchase

Headphones are great, just comes with a charging cable that I don’t have a plug in for so I had to go buy one (usb c)

If you are looking for excellent audio quality, you wont find it with these. If you are looking for convenience, they are ok.

I am having a problem with the pods staying in my ear when I am working out. I tried all three ear pieces and still having problems

They are really good only issue is they slide out of your ear when working out. Would not recommend for working out

Least favorite of all the Apple products. Low quality sound. I hate to say it, but I favor the older versions.

They don’t stay put. They slide out. The sound is amazing, when they stay on though

they are good but keep falling out of my ears. I wish they had something to keep them in my ears.

They sound good but the only problem I have so far they don't come with AC boxs & it's not the USB no more so you need to buy it
