Sound was good but my left side kept d Falling off. The regular AirPods never did that.

Purchased these as a birthday gift for my niece, we were in an Apple Store but I thought it would be a good idea to buy them at Best Buy for the points and help reach the year goal for rewards, now I see that there is no points for apple items with Best Buy. Wish the lady at best Buy would have told me this before I bought them. I do not know how they work as they were a gift.

They do not stay in my ear at all. I can’t work out in these which is a major disappointment.

I decided to upgrade to the AirPod Pro and noticed that they tend to fall out of my ear more than the originals!

Sound is fine. Not for me though. I prefer the beats pro wireless buds. Much more secure.

Almost immediately the case needed to be replaced I’m constantly having issues with one ear bud not charging and the sound cutting out even when charged. Initially I thought they were great but within a week was very disappointed

They don’t stay in your ears. Fall out easy and highly sensitive. I prefer my BEATS more.

I had an issue getting the AirPods to remain in my ear even after performing the Ear Tip Fit Test.

My only complaint is that my AirPods slip out of my ears due to my ear canal being tiny.

Be prepared to buy replacement ear tips. These have a reputation of not being able to stay in anyone’s ears.

Only 1 star because they will not stay in my small ears. The noise canceling works extremely well for in ear buds, the music quality is awesome and Siri works seamlessly. I was very sad they wouldn’t stay in and ended up returning them. If you have smaller ears I would try something else.

Not loud as I thought they would be, after about an hour my ears start to hurt. They fall out pretty easily.

Be warned.. these are definitely an apple product. Shop around there are a ton of other ear bud out there...

Extremely expensive for the ear buds that are so large that they hurt my ear canals and I couldn’t return them.

Not compatible with the value .... I got disappointed... there’s no option to forward music tracks in a run

They’re good they just don’t stay in your ears they need to fix them so they can securely fit in the ear

Returned kept failures of my ear, but before that sound was good.
