overall I didn't like the headphones, I like my BOSE better, ended up returning the Apple ones

Sometimes people can’t hear me when I’m driving in my truck with the windows up so they get me a little frustrated. Great for music. Mine turn down on their own. Don’t know why. Noise cancellation is SO/SO. Don’t like the way they fit. Gotta keep pushing them in to ensure they don’t fall out. I should’ve gotten the beats.

Can't hear out of them and it was hard also for the person on the end to hear me

Left AirPods wouldn’t fit in my ear no matter what size earpiece I used. Ended up losing them.

Loved them but after a year you hear crackle and battery life dramatically suffers

The sound like other earphones nothing special,the only it is small and confortable to used.

i expected more quality, better feel for this price but then again its just a name that am paying for.

Sounds great but the battery randomly do not hold charge for each of the earbuds.

Works well seems to go in and out of noise canceling which is a bit annoying.

Still falls off my ears, even worse. Pause/Play/fwd feature on the older AirPods are better imo.

These are not great. They attempt to be noise canceling by filling your ear. This feeling is a bit weird but manageable. The issue is that when you are exercising, it is no longer comfortable as they are not designed to move around. Rather, they are designed to hold in place. This is a weird feeling. After 2 weeks, it went back to the original airpods.

Will not hold a charge. Maybe they were just a bad set, but returned them after 5 days.

They are just okay. There are other brands that provide a better sound and noise cancellation.

At times Sound goes in and out, person on the receiving end has trouble hearing me clear.

Sound was incredible but they fell out of my ears too easily when using them to talk. Had to return.

Apple products have greatly fallen off. Bought these in March 2021. Warranty expired, EarPods immediately experienced sound issues. Looked online and saw these AirPod pros had a recall due to this issue. Made an appointment with Apple to have these fixed or exchanged. Figured ok, great, problem solved. Made an appointment and Went to Apple. Was told this model was made in a factory where the recall does not apply. That to replace each EarPod pro would cost 89.99. After only a little more than a year after paying 200$ for them I would not be shelling out any more money to Best Buy or Apple for these. After buying such an expensive product they should last more than a year after buying them and after the warranty expires. Horrible quality.

Not sure if it’s just me but they won’t stay in. I’ve even changed the ear plug!!

Not a very good fit , in my ears. Not comfortable in my right ear, tried all three sizes.

It’s a good headphone. My battery drains quickly I think I got a bad batch.
