Its not that comfortsble for small ears and you feel like thing is going to fall down.

I am debating if I want to return these AirPods and get the older version AirPods. I’m not happy with how they fit in my ears, they are uncomfortable, and I switched out to the smaller ear protectors and they are falling out of my ears. The only feature I like is I can find them if I loose them. They are not worth the money!

Battery life for AirPods and case doesn’t last as long as advertised

Again, like the previous version of the AirPods they do not fit my ear ears properly. I would love to have these work and fit me properly. I’ve had them less than 30 days and already the microphone the left AirPod has almost quit working. I am now getting ready to contact Apple support.

I like them. But for over 200? Not even close. I prefer the Galaxy buds for in ears.

To begin, these were the worst AirPods ever. The sound was off and you couldn’t tell which setting was which. Then when I returned them, the female that got my AirPods went to the back and took her sweet time and everything was going good until out of now where she comes back telling me that I swapped the AirPods and that it didn’t match, one was 83 and the other was 84 from the serial number. I told her that was false because What would the odds be that I had the next number down from the 84 bar code. Until I told her I would buy brand new ones and open them in front of them and if they were also miss match I would return those as well. Finally she started getting nervous Idk why but she did. Then she tells me oh I’ll waive this return, okay? Good for you. Odd that when you first took them everything was perfect and when you stepped away my pods randomly missed match.

Really mid sound compared to others just get beats

Had to send original item back and received replacement AirPods through apple.com

They worked really great however i couldn’t get them to stay in my ears. Tried all the earpiece sizes and nothing helped. The day I decided I needed to move on from them they fell out of my ear 3 times and nearly got lost. Shouldn’t have to buy additional accessories to make a $200+ Product actually work.

Love Apple products but this item was so uncomfortable in my ears , it hurt so much so I took them back and bough the originals and thos fit perfect
