    They don’t hold a charge very long and they don’t fit my ear, loose and falls out.

    I tried separate pairs, which both had issues. First pair the noise cancellation was not working. Second pair, the left airpod died after a few uses. Seems like Apple has some quality control issues, and I just gave up and got a full refund from Best Buy. 5 stars for best buy, 0 stars for Apple.

    I've been using the old AirPods since they came out and I have loved them. So, recently I decided to upgrade to the AirPods Pro... big mistake. No matter what I did, these new AirPods do not stay in my ear. I constantly feel them slipping out and dropping on the busy street. I wish I had never bought these.

    Not a fan. They don’t stay in my ears correctly no matter what buds I use. The sound isn’t anything special and both the noise cancellation and transparent listening modes are subpar. If they were to cost 100 dollars the. I would say they are great but for the money, you can do better.
