The sound quality in these AirPods Pro is not as good as my older regular Apple Ear buds. They will also NOT stay in my ears even after trying all the buds included in the box. In addition if you have multiple Apple products on and in use at the same time - iPad, iPhone, Apple TV and Apple powerbook computer - home office users - you will always be stopping to connect to one device than disconect to connect to another Apple device. And these AirPods Pro get confused as you have so many open Apple devices. They have also on multiple ocassions just shut off and stopped/closed what I was doing as they ended that activity-Apple Music, Apple TV and also working on Apple Powerbook.

My dtr loves them. She uses them all the time. I love them too.

If you have smaller ears, do not buy AirPods Pro! I can't comfortably wear the regular apple EarPods for long periods of time, so I got these thinking that the soft tips would make them more comfortable. I was definitely wrong! The large plastic head stretched the insides of my ears and gave me a major migraine within 10 minutes of wearing them. I'll be returning them today.

Battery does not last that long compared to 1st generation

Like the summary says they just didn’t stay in my ears. For me personally they just don’t fit but they might for you. I just wish I tried them on before I spent the money. Now I’m stuck with them smh. Also if you want great sound quality there’s other products better.

Cons I tried every size and they will not stay in my ears.

They just did not fit well, sounded ok. Pairing was a breeze!

Doesn’t stay charged long enough but it’s what I wanted.

For $300.00, you would think Apple would include a charger for it. Instead, they give you a cable that doesn't plug into a USB and you must use a special charger that costs another $30.00 from Apple, or have it plugged into a computer with a compatible jack for it. I thought, great.. I'll just use my Mac and I won't have to buy a separate charger for the case - Nope, my Mac doesn't have that type of charger input either. Way to go Apple!
