They don’t stay in place and aren’t good for working out. They always keep sliding out and I almost lost one while I was jogging, I returned them the next day and got some Powerbeats

They don’t fit very well. Hurt my ears when inserted.

Honestly, I hated these. They didn’t fit regardless of the tip, you have to adjust them all of the time. I prefer the AirPod 1’s over these. They sound better, and they’re more comfortable. Save your money.

Everything fully charged, earpiece kept going dead.

They may be for someone but not me. In my opinion the sound wasn’t that great. Also maybe it’s my ears but the buds did not fit well at all for me. They should also make these in a darker color (black or red at least).

THE FEATURES WORK GOOD BUT FALLING OUT OF EARS MAKES IT USELESS. I kept then for a good couple months but returned due to no change. I dont justify price as much as since falling fit needs redesigning again.

The sound quality is great, but with the active noise cancellation on it gave me a headache. On a air plane with constant Engine noise it might be different.

These are Terri me I wish I never purchased them. They fall out of my ears all the time ! You have to touch them in order to make a phone call or hand up. In this covid world none wants to touch this. ! I wish Best Buy would exchange these

I thought I lost my version one pair so I ran out and literally bought what I thought was the latest greatest. They don’t fit the same despite the different sizes. and the sound quality sucks compared to the first version. Don’t run out and waste your money.

I didn’t like this AirPods. It doesn’t really fit my ears and keeps falling out. The sound and noise canceling quality is pretty good but since they keep falling out I had no choice but to return this.

Strange vibrating sound less than a year after purchase... A lot of money for these to not sound the greatest. In addition, the fit feels good at first but then you realize they loosen very easily. (yes I have switched the sized pieces.)

I was super excited to purchase these Air pods but unfortunately, none of the available sizes fit securely in my ear. They’ve fallen out of my ears numerous times since I purchased them and at this point, I’m very scared that I’m going to lose them!

I bought these for my husband just over two months ago, and they are now malfunctioning. The case and earbuds do charge fully or do not hold charge. I had them plugged in for about 6 hours yesterday, and kept monitoring the charge progress. Every 30 minutes or so I checked the charge levels; sometimes it would show the left ear bud at 19% and the right one at 80%, but when rechecked after 30 minutes it would show the opposite, right ear bud at 14% and left one at 65%. The case would also display random charge levels. Not sure what can be done at this time since the return period has expired. It was an expensive purchase, I expected more from this item and brand.

Unfortunately the noise cancellation effect of these phones was uncomfortable in my ears and a very strange experience I did not enjoy. I could not get used to it and had to return them and purchase the new version of the old style AirPods.

I have and love the AirPods and I prefer their design than the pros. The noise canceling is a joke, not really worth the extra $100. If you want Noise cancelling, go with Bose, period.

the headphones aren’t as loud as when i first got them, i haven’t dropped them or anything, & also i can’t seem to find a good ear piece that fits in my ear properly without slipping out,

The sound is sub par. Don’t waste your money, you’d be better off with a cheaper pair. Sound distorts at about 80% volume and they aren’t even that loud. Bass sounds horrible at at level. Sound pass through is not what I was expecting. Noise cancelling feature is not great either. Just below par earbuds with features that are not worth the money. Wireless and Bluetooth convenience shouldn’t cost this much with this poor of sound quality and this poor of features.

Excellent sound quality. Fits well in the ear. Great connectivity, even with a microsoft computer.

Horrible fit. I think it’s my ears, tried all 3 different tips and I also bought a holder from Amazon for them and they still fall out. Audio quality is great if they stay in.
