I wouldn’t recommend these. I’ve heard much better. These don’t look good, or sound too good either. The anc is kind of gimmicky on these too because they have an open design. Try Jabra or Sony! Better price and better sound.

One side does not connect.Stopped working after 6 days and Bestbuy would not help when I went in without an appointment so by the time the appointment came up it was 15 days after purchase and I had to go to Apple.

Business-friendly but horrible sound for music not even close to a bose sound ear-buds and at that price apple should have figured this out, bad for skiing they slide under the helmet from the ear. Easy to get them lost.

Both pairs of AirPods Pros I’ve had have had defective pieces. It was the same issue for both: a few weeks into use the pressure stopped equalizing on one of the pods so that it felt like I was wearing earplugs in one ear.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! first of all I'm blown away at the noise cancellation. for the size of the airpods the noise reduction is absolutely astonishing and blows my mind .. it works like magic!!!! absolutely have no complaints about the airpod pros. it sounds a lot better than previous airpods, the seal and noise cancellation defenitely helps with the quality of sound. PROS: - noise cancellation , absolutely mind blowing .. best example i can think of that proves how amazing this feature is that my friends and I were in a car that was blasting VERY LOUD electronic music, and with the airpods in with noise cancellation i couldn't even hear a sound playing from the car's music.. the noise cancellation drowns out pretty much everything when you have music playing. when you have nothing playing, you can still hear some of the high end noises from around you, but the moment the music kicks in everything drowns out - transparency mode is excellent - convenience , apple beats all the other competitors in this category - sound quality is much better , it's a very well balanced pair of earbuds. it's similar to the old airpods, but overall improvements with the seal and ANC - very very comfortable, i wore these for hours and didn't even realize I had them in - they have 3 different sized eartips to help you get the best seal. the medium worked perfect for me - the press feature on the side of the airpods works well - i know some people complain about getting rid of the tap feature from the old airpods but the new press and hold feature works amazing - battery life is good, just keep an eye on the battery percentage on your case - you can check the % by opening the lid next to your iphone, but make sure you have least one airpod in the case in order to show the airpod window CONS: - honestly don't have any haha , just wished the airpods pro came with a wall adapter.. it only comes with a USB c charging cable. BUT you can just use your iphone adapter/charger for the airpods case overall i'm VERY HAPPY with the airpods pro. it is a lot of money for sure when you consider the total with taxes, but in my opinion i think it's defenitely worth it. the noise cancellation alone has me won over haha.. but then when you add in the convenience, sound quality, overall design (i think looks better than old airpods and other brand earbuds), it defenitely is worth the money, it really doesn't get better than this :)

Terrible, terrible, terrible! I wore them a total of four times during my morning walk not running but walking and as I started to sweat they would pop out. I’d wipe my ear out and within a quarter mile or so they would again pop out. I mean there was no warning or feel them slipping out. Just all of a sudden they popped out. Tried the different sizes and it didn’t change a thing. Turned around took them back and got Beats by Dr Dre!

I bought a pair of airpods pro within a month or two of the official release, they worked fine for a few weeks and then I noticed a weird sound on the left ear bud, it sounded as if a tiny small bead was rolling around inside the earbud. I tried everything like factory resetting the airpods and cleaning them and updating software, but nothing resolved the issue. I decided to exchanged them for anlther pair. This pair worked fine for around 2 months and then the exact same problem happened except this time on the right earbud. I definitely do not recommend buying these, there's so many options that are way better. If I could return them I would.

The AirPods don’t stick In my ear, I changed the spare rubber things to see if I have more in my ears and is ver hard. For me to keep them inside! I was going to returns them I would like to know if is posible of Not ?

For the price, for even half the price, these things are absolute garbage and anyone who thinks they are anything but has never had a decent pair of headphones. They don’t interface with the iPhone or watch well, the sound is garbage, there is absolutely nothing good to say about these. Pay half the price And buy something, anything, literally anything, else. Apple should be ashamed of themselves for how terrible these are. Only buy these if you want to play practical joke on someone you hate.

Will never buy again. These do not last. All of ours have 1 AirPod that went bad and even the replacements do not work well because they are not an original pair. Going back to headphones... do not like the technology.

No charging block included. For $250 I’m embarrassed for Apple for not including a charging block. They do have a charging cable but if you don’t have an existing USB – C charging block you can’t even use them. I had to wait till the day after Christmas to go out and buy a separate $50 charging block just to try to use them. Then there’s the issue with them being too big. Do not recommend.

When your not having issues these sound really good. The problem is they don’t hold a charge and one ear bud or the other seems to go dead or doesn’t work. I have to charge them pretty much after every use. If I’m lucky they might work.

Did not last me a year is crap i have Used this product very likely any even like that the left one broke The day after the anniversary of my purchase i do not show pictures because is a sound problem dont buy this

As an early adopter of the original AirPods, I wanted to love these. Unfortunately, like many others, they give me a headache and nausea. I hope Apple releases a model with the old style earpiece that doesn't put pressure on the inside of your ears. Back the originals for now...

It's good if you listen to music, when I use for phone calls I can't hear well and there's a lot of noise from the mic. And it gets loose and falls from ear. This is an overpriced earphone just for having apple logo.

My right AirPod doesn’t charge anymore, I don’t know if it’s the case or the pod itself but it always has the attention sign next to it, really disappointed with the product at the moment

They work wonders with the iPhone great sound nice noise in isolation, BUT I couldn’t work out with them they kept falling out of my ears not a good fit. I’ve returned them.

I do not know whose ear's they are supposed to fit but mine keeps falling off and I have tied every tip they gave me. For a $250 product I would not recommend this for anyone I know

Started off great but after only having these $350 pair of headphones I dropped once and now it sounds like the mic is broke. I would have guessed spending that kinda money they would last a lot longer then not even a month...

Product is what Apple describes, but will never buy from Best Buy again!! Their customer service is terrible and would not work with us on a return online.. We bought these headphones 2 weeks before Christmas and we did not get them until middle of January. Then once my wife got to try them and decided they did not fit very well she decided to return and try something different, but Best Buy would not work with us on return because she was 2 days past the 14 day return policy: So after dealing with rude customer service we are still stuck with the purchase and do not have a local Best Buy to go to directly. Very very unhappy with Best Buy.
