I gave it four weeks with daily use. I tried each of the earbud adapters. The devices would not stay put, meaning the sound quality varied and required more attention than the entertainment or utility they offered.

Noise canceling is decent, but doesn’t cancel as much as you think. Right side started malfunctioning; I took it to Apple and they can’t replace it because it is out of warranty (I bought it less than 1.5 year ago…) Not worth it for this amount of money and lasting less than 2 years, honestly. I took care of it perfectly, I don’t even sweat, and I clean them everyday. Among all satisfactory experiences with Apple products I have, this was a bad surprise… Don’t waste your money like I did.

Sounds great! Love the transparency mode and noise cancellation modes. Connected very easily with little to no effort. Fit in my ear just fine. I have an older phone and my phone still uses USB type A to connect to the blocks and charge with the wall outlet and in the box I was given the type C connection which doesn’t do me any justice and I’ll have to buy a new block in order to use the cord they gave me in the box.

These pods require you to connect the Bluetooth literally every time. It is beyond frustrating. The sound is great once you go through this horrible process time and time again.

This product is great but after wearing it for longer than a hour they start to hurt your ears. I would highly recommend not buying these headphones unless you look into buying different, more conferrable ear tips.

I have tried every ear piece that came with this product and they will not stay in my ear. I can be having a conversation and they just pop out. I am lucky I have not lost them. I'm going back to the old pair.

I’m disappointed that these are not working well with phone calls. My callers cannot hear me, the sound on their end goes in & out. After sending the money to get the latest ones, I feel it was not worth the price.

Good but they don’t any wall plug-in to charge it, just the wire comes and when talked to Apple they ask to spend another $40above the money we spend in buying AirPods pro

I purchased these and after less then a day they kept cutting out and the noise canceling won’t work or passthew had to go to the Apple store and they said I have to wait a few weeks to get them replaced I regret my purchase

These were awesome when first purchased, but after a little over a year, (and of course after the warranty) they are terrible. Distortion and static if you go over more than half volume, Noise Cancellation doesn't work at all - just a loud roar. Visited the Apple store to see if my pair was covered under the extended warranty - but no joy. I'm just out of luck. They told me to buy the 2nd gen versions. No thank you. Thanks, Apple, for making a junk product.

50% of the time, only one channel works. Have to place back in case and eventually both work. Also, having crackle sounds in right channel when on the phone with moderately loud conversation.

I had bought a new pair of AirPods and they worked fine for the first half of the month but then one AirPod stopped working and the return policy was only 15 / 16 days and I couldn’t do anything about it.

Not worth the money… these earbuds die very quickly and does not have a good connection ranges. I’ve had better earbuds. Unfortunately I waited too long and now I can’t return them.

If these AirPods fit well in your ear, they are absolutely amazing. For those of us with oddly shaped ears, they do not work well at all. I tried to use the different tips and one pod would not fit well in my left ear.

The good thing is that they are comfortable and the wireless charging is excellent, but the transparency mode feels very virtual. Occasionally it has occurred to me to have music interference while using them.

Purchased the Pro AirPods thinking they would be way better than the less expensive AirPods. They aren’t. Don’t be like me, save your money. I like my daughter’s less expensive ones better.

They don't stay in my ear very well I always have to adjust them and when I do adjust them they usually hang up on the person I don't recommend these I don't like them very much like the old ones better

Not super impressed with these. I returned for the new Bose which are amazing. The amount of background noise these pick up on calls is atrocious. I tried two pairs. Both were garbage.

Sound is good, the problem is the figment is never right, no matter what adapter and what size, they all fall out

The first 2 weeks the left AirPod was like glitching idk how to explain it the quilts wasnt that good. They fall out easy since I have small ears they don’t fit I try everything but the fall out a lot.
