I purchased this for my grandson last Christmas and he didn't have it but about 9 months and the case stopped charging. I purchased a two year warranty also but because my email crashed and I can't find the email with the warranty link I can't do anything I have called best buy geek squad for help and they couldn't even find where I purchased them I had to tell them where to look meanwhile all they could do was connect me with apple who was useless they couldn't find where I purchased my warranty. So all in all this wasn't a good purchase for me

Unfortunately, I cannot give this product a great review b/c they are SUPPOSED to be noise cancel and yet I can hear EVERYTHING. I’m considering returning this item as I don’t feel happy with this item at all

We purchased this product for my son for Christmas. He received them December 25th. Today March 3rd one earphone does not work! Horrible purchase!

I've bought four pairs of Apple Air Pods Pro in the past two months. First pair I bought from Costco - I had issues with it pairing to my Apple Watch so I took it back for a refund. Bought second pair from Best Buy - had same issue with them not pairing to Apple Watch. Took that pair back to Best Buy and got a third pair - same issue. I called Apple Support and they sent me a new pair - started having the same issue. Bottom line - if you plan to pair with your iPhone you will be fine. If you are hoping to use these with your Apple Watch you will have issues.

My RT ear does not always work. I use them for work and only use one ear at a time so I can use them continuously for a 10 hours shift. Several times now, when the left ear needs to be charged and I change to the RT ear, my customers can not hear me so I have to swithch to a plug-in head set. Unfortunately, I'm 2 weeks past my return date and not sure what the warranty is on this product, but will be calling BestBuy or Apple to find out. I wist the charge on these would last longer than 2.5 hours. For the price difference, I would not recommend them.

I use the AirPodsPro while traveling on a plane. Good battery life, I keep the bluetooth off on the phone so that they won't pair, but use the noise cancellation feature to take care of the drone in the cabin. On a full charge they Usually last about 6-6 1/2 hour or so, so need to recharge them half way through international 10-13 hour flights. I take a break from them while the earbuds are recharging in the case, since these are inserted in the ear canal, it can become uncomfortable if worn 6+ hours straight. Sound quality is ok, not as clear and dynamic as the PowerbeatsPro. 3/5 for sound quality, and 4/5 for noise cancellation. The AirPods pair easily with my iPhones as well as other Apple devices, same goes for my Sony Smart TV (Android TV)

I hate these things. They don't stay in my ears, at all. The different size tips don't help. I also wasn't impressed with the audio quality. It seemed worst than the last ones.

If you use these for active use where you might sweat they don’t stay in your ear well. They also don’t get very loud. Sound is above avg but nothing to brag about. Disappointed.

Honestly I returned them after a few days ... they hurt my ears and I didn’t like the noise cancelling feature it caused a buzzing in the ear when you didn’t have anything playing

they do not stop falling and they are very uncomfortable, the sound is good as well as the noise cancellation but they did not convince me

The Apple AirPods Pro that I bought as a gift had a loud crackling sound when they were used. I found out by searching online that this is a defect with AirPods Pro manufactured prior to October 2020. Apple is replacing these for free. Since there is a known defect, I feel that Apple and any retailer that sells them should let buyers know that the AirPods may be defective. This was a disappointing gift. I wasted a lot of time researching the issue and calling Apple to get this resolved. I guess the old saying “Buyer beware!” is true.

If you are looking for something to listen to music on these are good. However to talk on the phone is horrible the sound is muffled. Definently will not by anymore AirPods

I really wanted to like these because I'm a huge Apple fan, but they kept falling out of my ears although I changed the ear bud tips several times. The original Airpods are the best!

I did not like them because they fall out of the ear easily and although I have tried the rubber bands of 3 different sizes. I would return them if I could

Apple products, ugh! Broke in less than a year and geek squad could do nothing. So tired of not having at least a year warranty on products as expensive as these.

Apple products aren't all that great. Only reason I purchased these is due to my wife wanting them. In my opinion apple products are cheap over priced products that easily break. I've had several problems with their products in the past and apple would not service or repair any issues, they want you to purchase a new product. They are the biggest rip off company. Don't purchase their products, I don't recommend them.

Only had my AirPods Pro for barely 3 months and my right one already doesn’t work. My fault for not getting the insurance but it’s an Apple product and I thought they would last longer.

way too overpriced, didnt even come with a power brick. For that price it's a rip off. Can't lower the volume without asking siri to do it.

For me these heads phones are very uncomfortable. I suppose if you have big ears then you should be fine; However the noise cancellation is not that great and for the price I was hoping the audio quality to be better however I am not at all impressed by the audio quality. I have a pair of the regular AirPods and they sound great. I say this being a person who deals with High End Audio on a professional level.

Since purchasing them my husbands headphones now are muffled and I can barely hear anything whenever he has them connected to his phone at work.
