I am super impressed they constantly slip out of my ears can’t just touch to stop my music. It also has been glitchy when I run with them and get really sweaty.

I had them for 1 year now and they are bad. They have a static sound and they don’t even sound good no more. I literally take care of them they just stop working less everyday.

The fitting sucks. The earpods slowly keep coming out of my ear and are just hanging on ready to fall. I almost lost my left earpod while running yesterday. Planning on returning the airpods

They broke and stopped charging after 8 months of use. They didn’t break from them being dropped they just simply stopped taking charge.

Very convenient and useful for certain circumstances but I found myself not using them because of the inconvenience of keeping up with the AirPods and case, not worth the money

I am a huge Apple fan. However, The earbuds after doing a few runs started to degrade and the quality of the sound was affected. Wish I had a better review.

Coming from the first and second generation AirPods I’m disappointed. I used the AirPods (Pros) daily. Mainly one at a time. The fit of the pods were terrible. The right pod fit a little bit better than the left; so that was the one I used more. After about a week and a half the right pod stopped working completely. I’ve been on hold for over an hour trying to resolve my problem. The pods are way too expensive to constantly fall out and to stop working after a week! It’s not worth upgrading from the first or second generations.

Excellent sound but very very poor fit. Pods do not stay in my ear no matter which size tip I use and also starts to get painful.

These paired easily out of the box with my iPhone 7 but after one use they lost the pairing. Now only one of them will pair but mostly not at all. I've tried over a dozen times following Apples instructions and they will not pair. Very frustrating considering I've never had any trouble AT ALL pairing other brand headphones. This is something so basic for wireless headphones and apparently Apple could not accomplish this most essential functionality of actually connecting to their own iPhone. Very disappointed with these Apple AirPods Pro.

Right ear piece is defective. All static and no matter what I do the ear fit test fails on right side. Apple support and Best Buy have bounced me back and forth. Wanted an hour going to Geek Squad yesterday. Said it worked fine according to their “test” in the back room. Told them it would not work and showed them. No matter to them. Now I am trying to get it resolved with Apple.

they easily fall out of your ear and on top of that the regular air pods do a better job because you can't you use an air pod if you lose it so i would recommend the airpods

Air pod pros are excellent , the only downside is that battery life is horrible once you pop in your ears on full charge they only last you about 2 hours of run time !!!!!

The pods break in and out provide a fair amount of static and ultimately lead to frustrating conversations with lots of missing info!

I just got these yesterday, I've had them for less than 24 hours. Having come from the "normal" airpods and getting the pros I am very pleased. I liked the normal airpods but was not real pleased with the volume, they were not very loud. I haven't really used the noise cancelling feature except when I first got them and it was wild! all my kids were talking etc. and it was super quiet haha.. I was like whoaaa! The sound quality in my opinion is awesome and has good bass response and highs etc. I haven't tried bose as far as pods or anything, but I like how simple it is to sync with your iphone and just that these work.. the battery is good, I have been using them all day pretty much, I charged them on my lunch break but for the first 3.5-4 hours I still had prob 19% battery and that was listening prety much the whole time w/ occasional pause here and there. I am honestly very happy with this purchase, the call quality is good, the transparency feature is pretty cool as well. I think they are a good buy, I got a discount on mine, I paid 219 - are they worth 250? I think they are, but at the same time thats a hefty price tag too... its one of those things are you happy with what you have? With rumors of new airpods coming out soon, I'd say these will probably drop some, but I an honestly say I am pleased with my purchase and glad to have gotten them. I think you will be pleased as well, I haven't tried the spatial sound yet, but I hear its awesome as well..

Keeps having issues with connecting to IPhone. It would connect then disconnect. I’d shut off my phone completely to reconnect and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.

The AirPod Pros are sleek and trendy but they continuously fall out of my ears. I can run or walk fast. I've already lost 1while jogging and they are not cheap.

Bought it as a present for my wife for Christmas. Ended up returning these due to the difficulty to use them. She is an avid Apple user and owns all their products.

For the price it would be nice to have the unit that connects to the wall also they should include smaller ear puce for people with small ears they come out pretty easy

The sound quality seemed better than the original, but the headphones made my ears hurt and sometimes they would fall out. Had to return them.

I bought my first pair on 7/24 and fell in love with the AirPods Pro. However, on day 8 I used them during an out door walk and noticed there was a rattling sound. The rattling sound didn't stop so I returned them within the 14 day policy and gave them a second opportunity. The same thing happened to the second pair of AirPod Pros....I returned them and got my money back. I've seen others post about the same issue so I'm not sure if there is a bad batch or what but I'll be looking for other wireless earphones.
