I really wanted to like these but they kept popping out. I tried all different sorts of clips and replacement tips. Returned for the series 2 non-pro

I am very upset. I order this item on December 21, 2019. I received an email stating that I was going to receive it on January 9, then I received another email saying that on Friday, January 10, I was going to receive the item, than I get another email saying that on Monday, January 13 I will receive my item, than I get a text saying that my item was delivered on Saturday, 11 . I was not home, so when I got there I looked for the item and it was not there. I called to report this matter, I hope this will be taken care of immediately.

Bought these for my husband for his birthday. We have Apple products and are very pleased with them. So...not so much with these. After he couldn't get them to pass the "seal" test, I went on line and read others reviews. Seems that this is a major issue for a lot of people. The whole selling point for my husband was the noise cancellation feature. If they won't "seal", then this is a dead feature. So, after trying for a few days and still nothing, we returned them. Kudos to Best Buy for making this a painless, hasslefree return.

Fear sound, very bad integration. Every time I get a phone call I cannot make phones pick it up. Integration with MacBook is terrible. It is very buggy

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ITEM. THEY KEEP GOING OUT AND APPLE WILL NOT WARRANTY THE PRODUCT NOR WILL THEY STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCT. THE AIRPODS KEEP DROPPING CONNECTIONS AND ALSO DO NOT FULLY CHARGE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A PRODUCT THAT APPLE WILL NOT BACKUP. Two months after owning the AirPods Pro I took it to The local Apple store in Oakbrook and they refused to warranty the product nor replace the defective AirPods Pro.

These were not very easy for me to wear obviously they work for some people but they would not stay in my ears even after ordering the special skins

This actual product is not as good as the 1st series. Eat bud too big or to little to go in the ear. Doesn’t have the option to tap for phone call. It’s horrible constructed.

They work terrific! No static or excess noise. The fit was actually really well considering i have a hard time with earbuds fitting correctly. It's been 4 years, and i accidently washed them, and they're still trucking along. Definitely will buy again.

Could not get the ear tip test to pass and they hurt the inside of my ears. Sound is mid level at best. Great microphone though.

Nice sound for music, good noise cancellation but HORRIBLE for phone calls. People can NOT hear you very well at all. Not worth the $$$

The quality of sound is not the greatest when you are listening salsa music. And thy aren’t very good to stay on the ears for more than one hour

They worked great for the first two days, then the left one started cutting in and out with the sound, then it stopped working altogether. I returned them within two weeks.

I am not sure if this is an issue with all AirPod pros or just the one that comes from Best Buy and Costco but it’s very static and has connection issues.

They always fall out of ear and very uncomfortable.Not worth the price.

They keep dropping out they don’t stay and I’m afraid that I’m a be at the sink and they’re going to drop in the water. I’ve tried all three sizes

No good kept hearing static returned Apple is a great brand but like all electric components they have issues

I've only been using it for two months ，and one of the earbuds won't charge and connect to my phone.

Could not be worse for running, honestly so disappointing. My original AirPods were far better for running, it really doesn’t make sense. The second you start to sweat they will fall out or your ears, the originals never had this problem, not to mention the second any sweat touches the headphone it will make an awful screeching sound that scorches your eardrums. Not something you want to deal with when you’re miles into a run. Beyond terrible Apple!!

Unfortunately this item did not work. When we went back to Best Buy they would not allow it to be exchanged as they said it was passed the 14 days since the purchase (it had been 24 days). So we had to then take it to Apple for an exchange and they could not get it to work either and so now we have to wait another week for a new one to be shipped.

Its does not the sound you would expect from a $270 wireless earbuds. After a little while of using started to get uncomfortable. Lastly the battery life is complete trash.
