They Do Not Hold a Charge And The Sound Quality is Not Great They Only have The Noise Cancellation Is the Only good thing

I love all my apple products but these are irritating they don’t stay in your ear and are super easy to get lost with how easily they fall out.

Nor for people with small ears. They do not stay in my ear at all, highly upset about it. Even though I adjusted the ear buds, just not for me.

If am being honest, I feel that the older AirPods are mor comfortable. Sometimes these fall out where the old ones would stay in place all day.

The sound is good. The battery life sucks, the paging system is even worse than the battery life.

One of my left airpod isn't connecting to my device and I tried to charge it and yet there was no response. I think the product was defective.

Noise cancellation isn't that good. Battery life is ok. If I could get my money back I would. I love apple products but not these.

Purchased these hoping they would work. Great sound! The tips need work so would not stay in. Returned them.

BEWARE OF FAKES! Bought these during around Christmas, a few months later, problems with the case! Took them in to the apple store and the tech pointed out that "these aren't our airpods, they are fake" Bought from Tysons Corner BestBuy in VA as brand new unopened. And seeing all the 1 star reviews with same issue, lets me believe this is not an isolated case! Open the box in the store and check before leaving with a fake e-junk.

Bought these as an upgrade, not a fan. When I. The ear, my ears burned, not sure if an allergic reaction to the plastic or just use to the other air pods.

Returned. Apple should have never bought beats. Broke my heart when they did. Works well with iPhone BUT the sound quality is garbage. Listen to Bose quiet comfort earbuds if you think these are good. You will instantly change your mind. It sounds like they put rubber tips on the original iPods and called it Pro. If they lowered the price to $120 it would be an okay alternative to Bose if you can’t afford Bose.

I bought my Airpods on June 26th and about a week ago(today is July 23rd) the right pod stopped working. Tried all the trouble shooting and contacted Apple support and they confirmed my suspicion that the right pod has to get replaced. Because its past 14 days I cant bring them back to Best Buy to get them exchanged for a new set even though Ive used them maybe 3 times total. 1 star because a 250$ pair of earpods should not be going out about 3weeks of being owned.

After pairing them for the first time one of the EarPods makes a crackling sound. I am not sure if it’s how they are or a manufacturer defect.

I had to send mine back. Everyone said it sounded like I was talking thru a sock. I went to the Apple store and they tested another identical pair and he said the same thing. And then said they are not for me. Aren’t they supposed to be for everyone? What’s wrong with me that they don’t work? He tested them too and said he couldn’t hear me. I don’t get it. I took them back.

These things suck! The volume is much lower then the original ones. Worst $250 I’ve spent. I don’t recommend them.

The AirPods do not fit in my ear correctly, they fall out often. I have to adjust them in my ear about ever 2 minuets.

They are good headphones, but too much of a liability. I currently CANT NOT USE MY HEADPHONES (it has been 3 weeks now), as there is a glitch with the connection. I have contacted Apple many times, only for them to tell me it is an ongoing issue with no fix. You pay so much money because Apple is a trusted company, only to NOT be able to use them. I would stick to Beats or Bose. I have learned my lesson.

I was so excited to get this AirPod but disappointed when I got it. The AirPod keep falling off from my ear so I had to return it.

Complete garbage. Static noises from the left headphone within the first month, then perpetual static after 3 months. The right headphone then started to have static as well. Brought to Apple for a repair, they ran "tests" and said they were fine then recommended a restart. They are still unusable even after, with no resolution in sight. Save your money and buy real headphones, Apple should stick to advertising.
