They are the worst pair of earbuds I have bought. They went bad with 2 weeks of use and I got it to replace it from apple multiple times. and every time they went bad. I don't know what the reason is. I used all my tech products like babies and treat them very nicely and I fail to understand why this pair of AirPods went bad. After contacting best buy in-store they refused me to refund. I don't know why. I feel this is literally a wastage of my money.

Noise cancellation was a big factor for me when buying since I’ve never had a pair before and these were okay at it expectedly since they are just in ear headphones but still was expecting a bit more from apple. Also at first they fit really well but just after a few days breaking into them they kept falling off and that’s just a big no for headphones.

Bought these and a couple of months later, without much use, they were making a static noise, Apple was "nice" enough to replace them, with a pair of refurbished pods. Just a few weeks later same problem with one of the pods. I will not purchase this Apple product again.

They are great for noise canceling. Horrible in the ear. They keep falling off. It’s hangs up on the calls

After two weeks I had to return them. My ear hurt if I had them on for longer than an hour. Also, they kept falling off my ear. Wouldn’t recommend.

Don’t really care for them, they keep falling out of my ears. Maybe I missed something when explained on how they work.

The AirPod pro was working really well out of the box with really neat functionality. However, as time went on, folks tell me they can't hear me on a phone call when using the buds. Also, they will randomly turn on when touched--rather than in ear--leading to a lot of frustration when trying to listen to call, music, etc. on the phone or some other Bluetooth device.

They constantly fall out of my ears. I have tried different size buds and nothing helped. The original airpods are much better.

So I have been wanting the original Airpods since they first came out. But, every time I tried a pair on they unfortunately fell out.. I waited for Airpods 2, again.. no luck... until..,, Airpods Pro: FINALLY! I have been buying headphones for as long as I remember. I have gone through many different brands, types etc. My last pair before these Pros was the Power Beats Pro... great headphones but bulky. I bought the AP Pros after reading and seeing reviews and previews... They are just as advertised! I mean, the fit test is great, the fit it self is amazing... the sound - is great, it could be a little better. The bass isn't as prominent as it is in the Power Beats Pro, but... still a great sound. The noice cancellation is eerily good for something so small. I used them at the gym - gyms are filled with a lot of background noises, music from their own playlists.. etc.. Although the sound doesn't completely go away. The noise cancelling made it seem as it was miles away and could only hear a soft hum in the background. The design is gorgeous. I love the smaller stem and the cool black sensor at the top. They're slick. For those who have been wanting a pair of airpods but they just don't fit in your ears, the answer is here. I promise, give them a chance, find your proper fit and you'll be pleasantly surprised! Thanks!

These refurbished AirPods work fine, but I think one is having sound issues. Honestly just buy brand new so you don't have any issues.

They didn’t fit my ears. I tired all the different sizes of ear tips they were to big or to small. So I returned them and stick with my AirPods.

Was great… while it worked. I paid $249 for them and the right AirPod no longer charges.

great features but they felt terrible in my ears and i ended up selling them then buying Beats Stuido 3 over-ear headphones instead

I have owned a number of Apple products over the years and have never had a problem until I purchased these AirPods Pro. After about a year of light to medium use, the sound quality began to deteriorate. I began getting static in both pods and a strange humming sound in the left pod. Took them to the Apple store for testing. Apple said too bad, they are out of warranty.

If I hold the ear buds tightly in my ear they would pass the seal test. The ear buds just would not fit properly regardless of what I did, all the different tips and even bought the in ear supports, no go. I took them back 3 times to get them fit and it was beyond ridiculous, each technician had their own solution and none worked, WHAT A PAIN. I traded for the Sony's WF-100XM3 and I am thrilled..Everything I is Apple except my ear buds.

a month after buying it I'm having interference on the right side and the left doesn't charge very well

Defective product Air Pods Pro will not charge. Not worth buying for the money. Terrible product!!

Good quality products, but unfortunately everyone doesn't have the same size ears. I've tried all the tips and they just fall out. While it works great with my iPhone, I just wish apple was more open to other OS. I connect to my PC to use with MS Teams on Windows for work, but all the features are available on PC. Many times people need to cross ecosystem's. I switched to Bose and no turning back.

They worked for about a week then started glitching and the left ear stopped working completely and the right is working fine.
