I'm having problems with the left airpod not holding a charge and not connecting when it's put in the box to charge.

The sound was good but the noise-canceling gave me a headache.

I’ve owned all three generations of AirPods. For the previous generations I resorted to third party solutions for covers so AirPods generations 1 and 2 would stay in my ears. Also they kept little background noise out. Such as in a plane they were hard to hear. Over the years I have bought other brands as well. There is nothing better than the AirPod Pros. As perfect as any tech can be. So easy to set up. The perfect fit feature to ensure you have the best size ear plug is genius. They fit perfectly in my ears. They stay in. The noise cancellation is amazing. So easy to switch to transparency mode either right on an AirPod or long pressing the volume under control center on you phone. Also can toggle it via Bluetooth settings. The sound is amazing. They stay in your ears. They are comfortable. The wireless case feels more compact and portable than previous generations. No issues with battery life. I was hesitant to make the leap as I have the AirPods 2. I’m glad I did. These are amazing!

They are okay. The right AirPod keeps falling off and the sound was not as I expected. I wish I would had went with the older model.

Bought this as a gift. But not worth the price. Returned it and bought regular AirPods. Regular AirPods are as good as Pro.

The sound quality is very good and clear, but found it very hard to keep them in my ears

Because Of the virus, I didn’t start using my earbuds until a few weeks ago when the gyms reopened. I’ve used the earbuds a total 6 times. The last three, the left earbud does not work. I have done all of the troubleshooting and have had my granddaughter look at them. We can’t get any sound out of it. Now, it’s too late for me to return the set. I just wasted $247. Not happy, and will never again buy an Apple product at Best Buy.

Utter trash. They were staticky from day 1. I thought it was just me, but this was a second pair I bought for someone else and they had the same issue. Only for apple to come out and say they'd fix only the old ones, even though they knew they made this garbage too. Yes, shame on me for buying twice, but you've been forewarned.

Crapped out on me still under warranty. Apple didn't stand behind it either. Always been an Apple fan until now. Be warned, they are changing their ways. They said a scratch was a hardware issue and wouldn't replace them after many others had same issue. I've spent over 10k on their products. I always bought their products because they stood by them. NOT anymore.

Don’t stay in your ear too well. I have tried every ear bud cushion and even ordered some different ones and nothing seems to work.

They don’t fit my ears no matter what size gummies I use they just keep falling out. Wouldn’t recommend if you don’t have a normal size canal

Purchased with high hope. Just could not get them to fit properly. Always felt like they were going to fall out.

Not happy with this product - I am a walker and they constantly fall out of ears. Should have stuck with the 2 nd generation

Recommends these 100% everyone should own a set for their workouts

Left one started rattling months ago. Thanks to apple that they are replacing it free of cost. I'm gonna get it replaced it soon

Both AirPods would fallout my ear they would not stay in place the quality of sound when talking to someone was not clear either

These things fall out my ear more than too much i cant work out in these move fast run or anything extra i lowkey want a refund

headphones are alright. They seem to not work properly and the case I bought with them opens up and they fall out.

To start off I’m a very big fan of Apple’s products, I have the watch, iPhone, Mac, AirPods etc. To say I was excited to receive these is completely an understatement. However, after using them one time during a workout I couldn’t wait to get back to Best Buy and return them. The noise cancellation on it was spotty and for some reason it kept losing connection with my phone which made me start my workout. Sorry but I’m definitely not a fan.
