buy it for my son but not like it it hurt my ears so better get other brand and expensive

I bought these for my son and didn't like them because they wouldn't stay in his ears so I returned them.

I purchased these based off the commercial called Apple jump. They sold me on the fact that these ear phones would not fall out and that’s all they do. I tried all the different size tips and even bought aftermarket ear tips and nothing works. Apple won’t stand behind their product and it’s the first time that their customer service has really let me down.

Ok I guess........had to replace one of the earbuds already with Apple and not as snug comfortable as the previous models.

These will not stay in my ears. Great idea but there isn't a way to size for every ear. Back to my BOSE headphones for me.

I honestly did not like these at all especially compared to the Powerbeats Pro in overall performance, look and quality.

These were great until they started clogging my ears. Felt like my ears were plugged after I took them off.

Sound quality seemed okay, however, the EarPods would pop out of ear unexpectedly, and battery discharged quickly.

I purchased these when they came out. I was thinking that the battery life they stated for these AirPod Pros would be enough. It wasn’t. The noise cancellation was tricky to figure out as well as the sound for when noise cancel is on or off. If I am going to shell out 250.00 for a wireless set of headphones they need to have better performance.

Almost 2 years old. I rarely use them. Will no longer pair with either of my phones. Inexplicably, where they used to say "Bob's Airpod Pros" they now say "Noy My Airpod Pros" on my phones and will not pair. Went to the Apple Store and you have to schedule an appointment to discuss remedies, and none are available for weeks!

I do not like these. I could not get used to the sound they gave in any of the modes. Not for me.

Perfect pieces of equipment except that they fall out frequently and its annoying to fix them every 30 seconds.

I purchased the expensive headphones online for a gift and it’s been so hard for me to get her 4 months free for Apple Music, I purchase a second pair in store and the promo code was on receipt..they have a crazy restocking fee and the lady at pick up assured me that I would get the code in my email to send to my mom when there digital support team finally sent a code it was for a one month free subscription UGHHH!!!

The first month they were working very good , but after 5 months they are not working at all, I am really sad, because my left AirPod felt and one car on the street broke it and like one month ago the only one left the right AirPod is not working at all, that’s not fear , I spent a lot of money for the bad AirPods and the sad news is I don’t have Apple care

I was excited to purchase these because of the ANC. However, they never worked properly. On any call of more than a few minutes, I started getting intense feedback. So bad that I even went to the Apple Genius Bar with them. Evidently, this is a known problem with AirPods Pro. They couldn't do anything about it and told me to return them to the store, which I did.

These AirPods either fit or don’t there’s no way to adjust or change the stem which goes into inner ear. These hurt.

Somehow these were not comfortable for my ears. Airpods design is better that airpods pro

Case stop charging after a few months, used only a hand full of times

Noise cancellation is trash. Everyone can hear my background noise way more than they should. Not worth it.

It have great sound, but it do not stay in my ear. I hate it so much
