I returned it ! Keeps disconnected and fell off! For me wasn’t the best for the price I paid for it

Meh… they don’t stick in the ears and the noise cancellation is pointless when they don’t.

New design does not stay in my ear and is not as functional as my older ones. I want my old ones back

Not good they fall off and the noise canceling is too fake makes me feel like I’m underwater

Highly disappointed in the new AirPod pros. I really wanted to keep them because the features are awesome but I tried all the sizes that came with the wireless buds and no matter what they would call out. Pretty annoying when trying to take a call or workout. Really hope Apple fixes the sizing and comes out with something better that stays in ear. Went back to prior AirPods.

I use these all day, every day at work to shut out noise ---BUT THE SOUND quality is why I LOVE them. I have a set of Beats Pro, the Bose Sound Sport, and JayBird X4 - all good, but not on the same level as the Pro's. They are VERY comfortable, I have no problem falling asleep at home with them in my ears at night. They do not fall out. The sound quality is something I've been yearning for - good bass. I wish they had a longer battery life - but they charge so fast in the case that it's workable. (Go get a cup of coffee - stop by the fax....back to desk, and they are charged again.) I have several apple products, just open the case and they link w/all of them quickly. No playing around w/bluetooth. I was spooked by the price at first...that's why I wasted money on the others. These are worth the cost...I've had them for 2 months now, no issues.

Did not like the AirPod pros. They fit funny in my ears. I returned them for the older model of AirPods.

I am always feeling a little shock with the headphones. I like the old air pods or galaxy buds

I owned it for 1 week I have to return it. Coz they keep falling from ears and hurts if we wear for long time.

I purchased these and returned them because they kept falling out of my ears. Disappointed.

My left AirPod stopped working and it’s not charging properly.

At $249, these are priced in the same class of truly wireless headphones such as Master & Dynamic and Sennheiser, and sonically they just don't match up. Now while the AirPods Pro raison d'etre isn't high-end audio, if they are going to priced in the premium segment, they're going to be compared to premium headphones, and the audio needs to be better than what they are. Sonically, these are, for all intents and purposes, a slight improvement over the second generation AirPods w/wireless charging case. Compared to other headphones at this price the sound stage is relatively narrow, the bass uncontrolled, and the mids harsh and grating. The sound isn't terrible by any means, but neither is it very remarkable; and that's just not good enough for $249. The in-ear comfort and design isn't all Apple has touted it to be. Even with the largest eartips I have to jam them uncomfortably far into my ear canals to get a good seal and sound. Apple's iOS 13.2 built-in fit test tells me that I get a good fit with both the medium and large eartips. The mediums certainly make things more comfortable, but they didn't form a very good seal and the audio was on par with my non-Pro AirPods (2nd gen). The large eartips allow for a much better sound, but they're uncomfortable and not something I can use for extended listening, so it's all moot. And the white eartips are going to get trashed very quickly. Noise cancelling and ambient listening are good additions, but the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless also offer these features alongside best-in-class sound for the same price (as of this writing the Sennheisers are on sale for $249). While the Sennheiser offer only passive noise isolation in lieu of ANC, I found I hear less of my surroundings with them than I do with the AirPods Pro even with active noise cancellation enabled. The Master & Dynamic MW07 GO's I own also offer better passive outside noise abatement than the AirPods Pro ANC and are more comfortable. The MW07 GO do lack ambient listening, but they're also $50 cheaper than the AirPods Pro. I also found the force sensors on the stems to be a bit finicky to use. In the position the headphones sit in my ears, the control surfaces butt up against my face and require some feeling around to find and press properly. Mine didn't always "click" when pressed, or initiate the corresponding command when pressed. As annoying as it is to tap on my ears with the regular AirPods, it's a much simpler and convenient control scheme, and darn near foolproof. And (still!) not being able to adjust the volume without invoking Siri (which requires Internet access to work - an asinine limitation, and is horrendously slow when it does work) is absolutely ridiculous for a third generation product commanding a $249 premium; I shouldn't need the Internet or physical access to the transmitting device to adjust the volume on "truly" wireless headphones. Battery life is about average for the segment at ~ 5 hours, or ~ 4.5 hours with ANC or Transparency mode enabled. The Sennheisers offer about 4 hours and the Master & Dynamics are rated for 10 hours (though I doubt they'll last that long). Lastly, even after being returned to their charging case, they remain connected to my MacBook Pro for some time, which would cause some unnecessary battery drain if not manually disconnected. This happens every time. The non-Pro AirPods do not exhibit this issue. The only things I can say I like about these are that the Bluetooth connection is more reliable than my other headphones (even with Bluetooth 5, my Sennheisers and Master & Dynamics start cutting out after about 30 feet) thanks to Apple's custom H1 chip, the always on Hey Siri integration (except for volume adjustment), and the sleek, pocketable charging case. I really wanted to like these more than I did (I enjoy my 2nd gen AirPods), but unless one is fully committed to Apple's ecosystem and vertical integration, or love the original and/or nearly identical 2nd gen AirPods but want a better sounding version with ANC and ambient listening, I can't recommend these. There are headphones at this price point (and cheaper) that are better than this. I'm honestly quite disappointed; for $249 I expected better than this. I tested these extensively alongside the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless and Master & Dynamic MW07 GO, and between the three here are my personal preferences (taking into account price to features ratio): 1. Sennheiser MTW - $249 2. Master & Dynamic MW07 GO - $199 3. AirPods Pro - $249

Ok AirPods easy to pair but they fall out to easy and have to regularly push in to ears to keep them in

Item on my last order, did not come with right charger. Please provide me correct chafer for AirPod.

The sip pods continually fall out of my ears. Don’t have apple care-not sure how long they will last.

I have to say the quality is excellent, The only issue is for me that I almost lost them everywhere. They falling from my ears All the time. I also almost lost the small package several times or mixed it with other people. It is nice but no practical, and for $250 it is a lot for this product. I will say only if you can lose $250, you should buy it.

Good technology. Horrible design. Doesn’t stay in your ear when working out. Defeats the purpose.
