Not a good style returning. Sound quality and features are good.

Works great, the only MAJOR issue is the fit. I tried all 3 sizes and none of them would work to keep the AirPods in my ears. They would keep slipping out and it would affect everything from sound quality to noise suppression. They really need to add foam pieces to allow a better fit the silicone ones are terrible.

They continue to fall out of my ear. And it take a minute to get used to them

Comfortable but kept falling out while driving or walking around the house …

I like it besides how big the earpiece is so it falls out even with the right size cushions.

Great first pair of headphones I purchased. The battery life is excellent, and not only that, the sound quality and the noice cancellation is excellent to the touch! I would 100% recommend if you are deciding in headphones that are easy to carry, quick charging, and comfortable!

After less than a year, the sound quality was terrible, static even worse. Apple acknowledged issues with their AirPods but if course this SKU was one month out of the replacement timeframe.

returned. always fell out of my ears when i used them. couldn't exercise with them.

They still fall my ears slightly better then last Generation needs different size ear cushions

I can't rate this item because I did not make this purchase, nor did I authorize the purchase. I stumbled upon an email stating that my purchase was ready for pickup, but by the time I saw the email, it had already been picked up from some store in New York by a name that I did not recognize. I don't even live in New York.

I purchased the airpods to workout with: not a good choice. Look else where.

Hurts ears with prolonged use. I prefered the original airpods better

I was so excited about the AirPods Pro because of the so called noise cancellation. They are no different than the original Airpods when it comes to noise cancellation. The fit of the Airpods Pro is not as comfortable as the original either. The original’s shape fits more snug in your ear than the new design. I returned these very disappointed.

Battery does not last long. I do not recommend. I wasted my money.

Sound quality is phenomenal but they don’t stay in.

Sound is mediocre at best. My original AirPods sound better. Noise canceling does not work at all and sometimes creates an echo or annoying static. Apple Support (phone conversation) tells me they don't fit my ears properly, and there is nothing they can do. Unfortunately I can't return them because of the COVID19 shut down orders!

We purchased two sets of AirPods, on set was great the other stopped working. When you answered a call you couldn’t hear anything at all and the caller could not hear anything at all. Tried with and without noise cancellation on, didn’t help. We are very busy and do not have time to deal with returning etc., very inconvenient.

Falling out all the time even after swapping through all sizes ( ear cushings)
