They keep slipping of ears. Definitely need to use after market ear loops but u can charge with them. A pain is the rear Battery time is not good at all. With music they die after less than 4 hrs. Too expensive to be recharging all the time. Too late to return - unfortunately

Got these to replace beats I had but after about six months of use the right one has stopped charging and the anc no longer works if you or a family member wants these make sure to buy the apple care or geek squad protection. Its a common issue for the right air pod to stop working so invest in the insurance.

Tried every single size more than 5 times, even different sizes in each ear, and it makes no difference. They fall out AT LEAST once every single time I workout. Highly recommend saving over 100 bucks and getting the non-pros, they fit much better. I will never understand why tf Apple decided to go with rubber tips.

I have ordered these pods TWICE. Both pairs suffered the same fate and one of the buds just stopped working after 1 week of using them. Apple needs to figure this crap out because it's very rare to have something fail once but to have it fail twice within 2 weeks is unacceptable. I do not own these buds anymore.

My right AirPod stopped working within 2 months . It was wack.

They go in and out and make me sound far away bad sound

My left one quit working within the first month of having them. Disappointed.

Terrible terrible terrible!!!! My account was hacked and these were purchased. I was in Cedar Rapids Iowa and these were purchased in New York City. “Worst Buy” did not refund me and therefore my bank is pursuing it. Pretty sad and I’ll never by from “Worst buy” again!!!!

The headphones lose charge faster than specified, they last for about 45 minutes. The left headphone doesn’t work properly it looses sound here and there. It’s unfortunate the exchange policy at Best Buy is so inadequate, it feels they know they’re selling defective items.

They didn’t stay in my ear very well and I ended up losing one.

Annoying to the ear; uncomfortable; falls out' repetitive insertions.

Fall out of ears while talking or chewing. Doesnt matter what size buds I put on it, even tried aftermarket ones...still just fall out. So disappointed.
