Wrong serial number
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tried to return these after one pod broke and found out that the serial numbers of the pods didn’t match the case or the box. I bought them new, not refurbished, and don’t have any others at home so either 1) Apple messed up serial numbers or 2) Best Buy sold me returned merchandise and passed it off as new.

not a noise canceling product

I'm a truck driver and my all friends and my customers they have to problem to hear me so it's a not a noise canceling product.

I tried changing the gummy‘s and they would still fall off. I return them and got the original ones and those have never came off during any of my workout.
