Do not buy the worse AirPods ever, they develop a buzzing sound within 3 to 4 months in both AirPods, do research online concerning this, was better off with my first and second generation AirPods.

These air pods aren’t good for what I needed them for. I needed them for working out and they fall out however they are probably good for other things but just not for me

They fall off when I look down tried all size tips ...

Very disappointed for an Apple product!! They don’t fit my ears regardless of the size silicon tip I use and fall out after 5 minutes of talking. I tried adjusting the way I place them in my ear, but still doesn’t help. A total waste of money for what is expected from Apple.

These headphones were a gift of which I had no use for. I returned them and instead of refunding the money to me, you put it back on my girlfriends credit card. So I got screwed out of my Birthday gift thanks to your screwed up corporate policy. I don't plan to shop with Best Buy again.

Slips out of ears a lot. Would not recommend…..!!?

Don’t stay connected and falls out of the ear to easy.

Lots of noise and interference with these compared to the previous model.

My ears are completely raw and agitated because of these. I’ve had plenty of different types of ear buds and never experienced this. And they don’t stay in my ear. They fall out easily. And my friends experience the same thing. I feel like I was robbed by buying these.

I hated them !!! Tried to give them a chance but no matter what I did they kept falling !! I thought I was going to break them the first few days because they could not stay put no matter if I change the ear plus sizes. The regular AirPods are better but I went to get beats instead !

I truly do not understand what the hype. They start to hurt your ears physically within 30 mins to an hour. The transparency after while comes in and out. The noise cancellation always has my hears ringing hours after use. Way over priced for how uncomfortable they are.

I did not buy these! go talk to the guy that stole my credit card information! They were delivered to an apartment lobby in New York City! I live in Cleveland! Oh, and Pay Pal won't remove the charges! So you think I'm ever going to buy From Best Buy again or use Pay Pal!?

They’re were a gift so yeah I would have not paid for them.

I had original AirPods and really liked them. Bought these due to what I thought was improvements but there wasn’t any. Have a hard time keeping them in my ears. Tried the different size plastics inserts and still same issue. Apple please Improve the way they fit in your ears.

Horrible! Right ear no longer works! I had this product for less than 6 months and already one earbud doesn’t work. Cheap product and subpar compared to Bose products. Apple should not be in the headphone business. Back to Bose I go!

I ordered a pair of these, they were terrible. Every time I use them they would make a ear splitting screeching noiseSo I returned them and got new ones and they do it on occasion as well. My other pair was awesome and they still work but the batteries don’t hold a charge as long.
