Only one worked when I lurched them was in happy with them

they fall easily from the ears ! I lost one......

The buds is too big. It keeps falling out of my ears

I bought these before and the right AirPod started malfunctioning. I had Apple replace it. Worked fine for a few months then it happened again. Sounds like a speaker is busted. I bought a new pair and now I’m having he same issue. I know other people with the same issue.

It works great but the only problem is that it slip out..

I wanted to love these but just like the EarPods and regular AirPods, these just don’t work in my ears. These like the aforementioned all just fall out. I tried the different tips and even ordered some 3rd party ones but could not obtain a proper fit to retain these in my ears.

Nothing but problems, static crackling, doesn’t respond to hey Siri anymore and when it does it’s not even close to what was asked, and Siri sounds muffled. We had them replaced once and now we have more problems with the new pair.

They were great and then I lost the case and bought a replacement on amazon (not apple brand). Then the static started on my left airpod pro. I went to apple to replace it and they wouldn't do it unless I bought a new apple case. Poor product and service.

Loved them, right up until I pulled my hat off in the garage and they both fell out of my ears to the floor. I'm tall but not that tall. Both broke. It wasn't a hard fall, would expect an Apple product to be designed to take that fall - my phone has endured much worse.

They only work for two weeks and then I went to to geek squad where they were sent to apple store . What I wasnt happy about was that I got some refurbished ones. I did purchase the warantee( AppleCare) and still got some refurbished ones instead of new ones

I want to exchange/ return for 2nd time my Apple AirPods.

I bought this as a present for my son, way too expensive!!!

The problem I have with these expensive AirPods is that they have the nerve to not connect. At the moment I’m going to Bose or Sony because my AirPods Pro won’t pair, connect and when it is connected it goes in and out.

I purchased these and starting wearing them the very next day within a hour time period they fell out of my ear 5 times so I put them away and my daughter told me to try the smaller earbud which I did and that was no better it was really a waste of my money

very disappointed in product and service...purchased 12/11/2019 and stopped working 11/02/2020. as of 11/05/2020... currently on hold using two cell phones: 1 phone- on hold at 55 minutes and still waiting...; 2nd phone-22 minutes and still waiting...
