I thought they were great at first. After having them in my ears for 30 minutes, my ears really started hurting I tried all three tips and they did not help. I was so disappointed that these did not work

My left AirPod stopped working after less than 3 months of owning them. This is the 3rd pair of headphones and 4th product I’ve purchased from Best Buy that broke within a few months of buying. Will never be purchasing products from this store again.

Not very clear. Don’t stay connected to phone properly.

I did not like the way they fit in my ears and I did not think the sound quality was that much better than my regular AirPods so I returned them right away. I also did not like the transparency mode it sounded weird. I definitely recommend the original AirPods over these.

They suck! Since I have apple care I have sent them in for repair 3 times for the same thing! A total waste of a lot of money if you can’t use them for what you want! They are too expensive to not work!

Lost one . Can’t just buy one .Samsung are better.

Give it about 4 months of daily use and these will trash out. Warranty? Oh yeah front the purchase price for Apple to slice you a replacement. Apple gets to decide how much of that money will be returned to you after they inspect your device...

When you get these beware of them slipping out !!!

The sound quality was great. The functionality and noise cancellation was unbelievable. However they did not fit my ears. After trying all the different tips I could not get them to stay at all. They would randomly fall out on to the floor within minutes.

I really was exiting to get them but every time I were them (and it has been only inside my house )they just constantly fall off my ear I don’t feel comfortable taking them to work or just using the outside my house . I’m going to return them .

Took way too long to get the emailed gift card. I had done online chat support which didn't work, then eventually had to call in to get the email. The process was a big hassle. Most of the time on digital delivery, the gift card is received within an hour.

Too small even with adapters. Falls out of ears easy

Maybe I have weird ears, but these do not stay in them no matter what size adapter I use. I guess they’re just not for everyone. Wish I bought the normal instead of the pro

It’s not worth it for the price , bad call quality

I cannot get my ears used to these headphones. I put in the smallest silicone part and still they hurt and don’t fit correctly. I am a 5’8” female.

Lasted under a year and then completely died for no reason whatsoever. Wouldn’t charge. Wouldn’t power on. Wouldn’t pair. For being one of the more expensive options in its performance range, this is pathetic. Knockoff quality.

The fit they don't stay in your ear always falling out then you be looking for them on the ground in the middle of the mall I tried changing to all the buds it just don't work . I REALLY want my money back !!!

How does a 300$ earbud set not come with a charger?

Battery life SUCKS!!! I listen to headphones all day as I weld. I start work at 7:00 am. We take lunch at 11:30. The headphones are already dead. Luckily they charge to almost full in 30-45 minutes. I might have to go back to my skullcandy.
