Amazing if they fit and actually stay in. I needed earphones to go on runs and workout. I love the new features on them but they are too big and don’t stay on. Im always worried about them coming loose. Poor fit not made for everyone.

I hate these. The very first day, they fell out at least ten times. They aren’t nearly as comfortable as the original style. The whole point of creating AirPods was to get rid of the Earbuds discomfort. Stick with your original product.

I frequently have trouble with these actually connecting to my Phone. It will say it’s connected but I can’t hear anything. I don’t have this problem with the original Apple airpods. I do not Reccomends the pro.

there is price match guaranty on every best buy product but not on enything you buy because they wanna Chet you buy saying somethig you wanna hear thats all the price gose down just after 2 days from i brought around $50

Poor battery life, expensive, not loud enough, and the earbuds will only last a few hundred charges before the internal, non-removable batteries will start to degrade and be unable to hold a charge. Returned.

Bought these here and one of the AirPods hasn’t worked since the day I bought them. Now had to take to Apple store and they were sent back to apple. Will be weeks before I get them back. No one just replace.

Bulky and need for right fit with plastic inserts don’t buy it keep the air pods less Maintenance and won’t loose anything beside a cleaning. Will be returning air pods pro. Sorry apple have to decline thumbs down on this product

No matter what I do, they won't stay in for more than a couple of minutes at a time even when sitting still having a conversation. Hurt my ears -- even hours after taking them out. Longest worn was 20 minutes.

Worked perfect for a few hours and then the sensor on the right pod broke. I returned my Powerbeats pro for these and that was a huge mistake. I’ll be going to Best Buy to get the Powerbeats back. They’re also $50 cheaper and have better sound quality.

I purchased the two year warranty and every time i call best buy to ask about it, i am being told there is no warranty even though i am clearly looking at the order purchased in my best buy app. Very disappointed.

I hate these AirPod pros....I can never enjoy them because they are always slipping out of my ears! I’ve tried all 3 sizes for the inner ear part to see if that was the problem and had the same problem with all 3

I’m having problems with it already, not easy to use, keeps disconnecting and reconnecting during a phone call. Never had these problems with older version

Tried all of the tips and they continue to fall out no matter how many times I push them back in. I can not even eat a snack without them falling out. Poor battery life and they actually hurt the way they fit. Will be returning these tomorrow.

AirPods won’t charge charging case stays at 1 to 4% a lot of background noise I thought it would elimste a high % of background sound while on phone. My original AirPods work a lot better for less money

They’re a waste of money. They were working perfectly but after 5 months when talking to people they couldn't hear me at times but I could hear them. Now they have stopped working and it has yet to be a year.

I guess I have funny ears, the pods kept popping out of my ears. I tried different size tips but it didn't work for me. I'm truly a fan of apple products.

Here I am pretty much 1 year exactly past the purchase of these Air Pods, and the charging case has stopped working. Apple does not care at all. They want to charge for repair or new case.

I bought this over 3 weeks ago and one speaker stop working after. I went back to the store and was told that I have to repair it at my own expense. DONT BUY AN APPLE AIRPOD OR BUY FROM BEST BUY

Received for Christmas. Wear everyday and keep in case when not in use. One speaker doesn't work anymore. Trying to contact customer support which is a nightmare. I am hoping that they can provide some positive information.
