i Got these AirPods in feb and after 1 1/2 months they’re not working properly initially I had issues connecting to phone which made me frustrated after spending so much money and now I’m getting disturbance on my right air pod

I purchased headphones for my wife as a Christmas present. Opened them up on Christmas morning to find they would turn on, even after being charged overnight. For $250 headphones, I expected them to be much better and actually work.

Terrible!!! They constantly fall out! Everyone in my family tried these, could not wear them. They fall out constantly and always unexpected. Not worth the price. Nothing at all extraordinary about these.

Disappointed with them for the amount of money I paid for them. They sound stay in my ears even after I have tried all sizes of the buds. Other than the noice feature not much of a difference to me than the regular air pods.

I have had these 6 months. For the last two months my right ear bud either doesn't charge, when it does charge they die in about 30 seconds from showing fully charged, or it won't work at all.

The noise cancellation is not the best thing and no matter what silicon tip I use they REALLY hurt! I would definitely stick to Generation 1 or 2. Not worth the extra money!

I don’t know why they overpriced this aripods pro, cause they are a fiasco, first of all they don’t even last the time they said they do, and they even lose charge without having used, I’ll totally not recommend it.

They don’t seal properly. They want to charge you for repairs even if you buy warranty. Don’t spend the extra money. It doesn’t really cancel the noise.

I had to return them. No matter what size rubber I used they hurt my ears so bad. The noise cancelation gave me headaches too. Just save the money and get the regular ones.

I bought it for my wife and it's not as per the expectations, I have a set of iPods which I purchased from the BB and that is better than the iPod pro, this product is not comfortable and compatible with us.

Not reliable or quality. Failed within 2 months and apple forces you to ship out instead of advanced replacement. Terrible customer experience for overpriced earbuds

Do not buy if you plan to use them to run. They fall out easily from your ears. I literally lost the left piece after a week of purchasing. I ended up buying the Beats Studio Wireless to work out instead ...

I returned this because I started hearing statics. For its price tag there should be zero issue on sound quality + it is apple brans. I was disappointed because I am a loyal customer of apple products.

I find them not connecting as they should. They fall out of my ears. I have changed out plastic pieces to fit my ears better but no luck. I am constantly have to charge them.

First off, I cannot get them to stay in my ears. Always falling out. Secondly buzzing in ear when using to talk on phone. Third, one earpiece compressed and did not release so now it’s useless. Run forest run

It hasn’t even been a month yet and I’m having issues with my product. Just like last year when I bought another set of expensive headphones for it to mess up and Best Buy tell me there’s nothing they can do.

Not really good. Battery works only 3~4 hors. I have much cheaper device works better and more then 8 hours. Price is really high for this garbage.

the airpod pros i purchased are already broken. the speaker is cracking all the time. For the price i expected more than 90 days of use. please contact me as apple was no warranty help!

For $189 I expect these things to work every time. This whole having to put you phone in airplane mode or turning Bluetooth on and off to reconnect your AirPods is absolutely stupid

Great Purchase. Amazing quality and convenient to use. Even three years later, still going great.
