Worst headphones ever. Don’t waste your money. They’re always connected. Even when they’re in case they’re connected so they’re always dead. Makes no sense.

They are great if they worked but mine experienced intermittent audio when using Netflix and YouTube. It is known by Apple and their solution was to "download the video" instead of streaming it.

cant give a review.....somehow it was "lost" during shipping. They are still out of stock. my son wanted them so bad for xmas. Guess he'll have to wait till they get more in stock. When will that be? Who knows.

The airpods did not connect correctly with the case. Problems with the bluetooth connection of the airpods. They mark error signals after being connected to the iphone (!). Too expensive for poor quality.

Way overpriced and inferior quality. They constantly disconnect on calls and I now use the old corded pair for calls. I strongly suggest looking at other brands before buying these.

The right one has stopped working twice now and I can’t get it to work again I’ve reset it and everything :(

terrible headphones. constantly drop out. in the end, I freaked out and undid them. returned to the old model. don't take them. after half a year they started to fail.

my airpod pro extremely worst ever, charging more than 12 hours and i used maximum two hours only. i never recommend this airpod pro any one.

This product was returned a day later, I am a runner and attempted my 5k mile run with these, they constantly fell out, sound would stop off and on, highly would not recommend

not good product has problem tapping when to change & defective.....etc. Not as good as the AirPods version. Would not buy!

Hate them. They consistently fall out of my ears. I almost lost one when I did not realize it fell out. Someone drew my attention to it. I like the regular Airpods much better.

Exceptional sound quality and super smooth and easy to use.

This product is apple and it’s good. Let me say the manager at this branch is a little punk kid and horrible manners and service! He should be fired! Never coming back the Best Buy ever again! Good luck!

Stopped working after 1 year. Very disappointed only used when working out left ear pod stopped working tried all the steps to reset but nothing worked. My Beats are so much better.

Not impressed. Cannot use them for running like I intended as earbuds are constantly falling out. Would not recommend. IMO, the most useless Apple product ever. Going back to Bose.

Sound quality is the same as the entry model. I plan to return them for something better and no I would not recommended anyone buy these. There are better options than this.

Battery life doesn’t last long at all. I purchased for meetings at work. I have to use one at a time to make it through HALF a day of work. It’s very disappointing and a waste of money.

Had to return them because they kept falling from my ears, maybe it wont be the same case for everyone but for me it didnt work

Does not fit comfortably in my ears. The sound is OK but is diminished by the physical characteristics. Even with extra ear pads of different size it was still uncomfortable

I like the look and the smaller case. they don’t stay in your ear and you have to remember you just can’t touch you have to squeeze the stem in order to change a function. I prefer the old AirPods.
