My airpods don't charge a long time only 5hours and they sound static I'm very disappointed I payed 250.00 for these but apple is going to exchange them for me for free so that is very nice

I’ve worn Gen 1 AirPods for long periods at a time and never had issues. AirPod Pro hurts me and none of the ear buds fit my ear properly. Either too small or too large. I’m sticking to regular AirPods

The left one sometimes works and doesn’t always hold a charge. I have had them for less than 90 days, Best Buy sucks too won’t do anything for you.ALWAYS BUY APPLE THROUGH APPLE NOT BEST BUY

Wouldn’t fit my ears regardless of the insert size. Very uncomfortable and wouldn’t stay in. But Best Buy took them back, no questions asked which I appreciate.

Product was defective and I bought it as a gift for my son. Due to Covid-19 I couldn’t reach customer service and couldn’t exchange it. It’s been a horrible experience with an expensive product.

When I first got them they where great love them, but after 6 days they stoped working.First there was a rattling sound in the left headphone, by the end of the night the left one stoped working.

Schedule a service for airpods, really? Somebody is not thinking straight . It's not the product but the service provided for Apple care. I will post the same with Apple about Bestbuy

The air pods really don’t stay in the ear for that long. You need to keep adjusting it all the time. I would rather stay with the original AirPods vs the AirPods Pro. Worse investment

I’m disappointed in this product the right pod stopped working, will go to the store to try and replace since within a year maybe Apple will repair/replace

Amazing features. Could have been the best headphones for a very long time. unfortunately all ear tips do not let the airpods stay in my ears. Dissappointed. Returning before its too late

Spent almost $300 on my husband's Christmas gift and they barely work and static noises all the time. Im disappointed highly.

I purchased these because of the additional features but after receiving these they will not stay in your ears. Had to return and get the initial version. Needs a better design for fit

got these for my husband for fathers day. he really likes them. and loves that they are wireless only wishes the battery would last longer. uses them while doing yard work.

Poorly designed, they don’t stay in your ears no matter which ear adapters you use. They will eventually fall out

Sound quality is great. Would occasionally disconnect and don’t really stay in your ear. I ended up returning them.

Have given me various problems from day one. I keep bring them back and geek squad says they are fixed and they are not. Total BS for 250.00.
